Where's my classic scorpion?

Okay so basically i pre-ordered MK9 from GAME (UK) and it said that with the preorder i'd get the classic scorpion costume and fatality.
But where the hell is my code?! i have the reciept for the purchase, but i cant find the one for the preorder...so 2 questions:

1. is the code on the pre-order receipt?

2. Does that mean i now cannot claim my preorder bonus?

The code comes inside the boc if im not wrong.
If you dont have it you cannot get it. Anyway dont worry it was said that all the classic costumes and fatalities will be realesed as dlc, and its very probably that they will be free.

if it does then i certainly didn't get it!
and yeah, i know the chances are theyre going to be released
thats why ive only decided to moan now haha...but seeing as i preordered,
it would be nice to have my bonus dlc while its not available to everyone.
 
It's supposed to be on a special "download card" that is identified as the Costume DLC. You don't have it, no costume.

I ordered from Game.co.uk but got the codes via email, and not from any card inside the case. Maybe check your junk mail because it could look like spam to some filters;

ah, thankyou very much for this!
however i checked my emails and junk folder, and while i had the odd newsletter and promo from GAME,
there was absolutely nothing about my preorder. I preordered in-store and had to open up an account that day
(as i did not have one before) and i definately gave them my email.

seeing as i no longer have the preorder receipt, is there anyway they can use my account to check
and see that i preordered?
 
I think the online profile only works for orders you've made online but not entirely sure how Game works.

I ordered mine online but in the past when I've pre-ordered in store they either give me a code up front or email it out on the release date. I didn't get one for the pre-order Alien vs Predator skins and didn't have any luck getting one from the store later either though.
 
in the states i thought it would come on a cool card that i would keep in the box...but it was on the reciept....i would go back to the store and ask WTF and take your reciept to prove when you bought it.
 
I pre-ordered from Game in store, I didn't recive my card so I went back and asked for it and got one, this is probably what happened to you.
Just go to the store and take your reciept.
 
meh, GAME never emailed me back (typical) but i couldnt care less now that theyre being released as DLC in under 2 weeks, i'll just be patient.
