Sub-Zero's Shatter fatality in Mortal Kombat 2. The only reason why is because it has you inputing two combos instead of one.

And never have I ever seen another fatality that does that.

MK1 Toasty. Especially with that fatality theme and sound effects. MK2 version was pretty good as well.

Why not add the worst ones too? IMO it's a tie between Quan's neck stretch and any of Jade's/Nightwolf's MK9 fatalities. Good God were they terrible. Now that I think of it, the latter always had atrocious fatalities.
