What do you collect?

I thought YAJ was only in Japanese. Why are being charged two times?

Oops my bad. I should have been more clear. I'm using fromjapan.co.jp.

They charge you twice. First time for the item (since technically they bought it for me) and shipping to their hq, then the second time they charge me, it's for shipping to my place.

Here this takes you through the whole process in a few steps.

So I found this. I kinda want to bid on it, but I want to wait till I get my P3P poster just to see how fromjapan is and how much the second fee is going to be.

I just hope that it doesn't sell or anything because I don't know how often a P4G poster shows up (that's not for the OST).

Plus it'd look good next to my P3P one.

i usually never collect car or bike lines but this is what i may be getting for my bday next saturday :)

So I finally heard back from Fromjapan.

The P3P poster finally made it to them and I'll the second charge is only 1300 Yen (which is $13) but that's also with the cheapest shipping. I don't expect to get it till about a month or 2, to be honest. Hell I paid for express shipping on my Evoker and I was supposed to get it on the 23rd (and the tracking even says it's been in Kansas since the 20th) and I still don't have it. I'm getting pretty pissed.

GUESS WHAT I GOT!

The box is like a little suit case like when the Chairman tells you about SEES and gives you an Evoker and the armband.

Out of the box.

So this is kinda cool. You think it's just a cool [somewhat] transparent blue plastic line on the grip, but actually when filled up with water, it shows how much water is left in the gun.

SEES on the Evoker.

Other side of the Evoker.

Barrel.

Other side.

Where you put the water in.

It's a little small, but I didn't expect much for a water gun, though it still fits in my hand and that's all that really matters since I can use this for cosplaying Shinji now!

Believe it or not, it shoots water pretty damn far. I shot it all the way across my front room and hit my dog with it lol. I'm gonna use it as a little teaching tool for when one of my cats or my dog does something bad since I'm not into beating my animals. Plus it's just fun to shoot things every once in awhile and it's not going to do any harm since it's just water.

I'll have to say the water pistol looks really nice.

I am cometemplating about getting the BioShock 2 art book, but might let it pass since I recently bought a PS2 game.

When looking SMT: Nocturne OSTs I noticed there is a Maniacs and a regular(?) one. I'm not sure what is the difference. At that price range I see on ebay, I might save up for Icewind Dale instead.

The difference in the blue cover (original OST) and the gray one (Maniacs) is that the regular ost has the songs that were in the original version of the game while the maniacs version just has the songs they added into the maniacs version (the manics version is the one we got!)

It's kinda like how the P3 ost is separate from the FES ost.

Update!

I LOVE YAHOO JAPAN AND FROMJAPAN!

It's fvcking BEAUTIFUL!

It's not bent at the bottom, the poster was just rolled tightly into a tube and I didn't put anything down at the bottom to hold it.

I seriously recommend using Fromjapan if you want/need anything from Yahoo Japan. Only paid 1500 Yen ($15 USD) for the poster andonly 1300 Yen ($13 USD) for EMS shipping and EMS shipping is awesome. I wasn't even expecting to get it today. Tracking said it was in Chicago so I was expecting to get it tomorrow at the soonest.

It's definitely getting framed and will be put up right next to my Nocturne poster.
(28 x 20 inches in case anyone was wondering how big the poster is)

Revival beads are for them low levels! It's all about Samarecarm.

I'm pretty pissed. Went to Wal-Mart to get a frame for this poster and when I finally got home I realized there's a fat crack on the front plastic panel. So now I'm gonna have to drive all the way back out there to return it and get one that's not fvcked up.

Decided to hang up my Persona 4 Golden OST Japan Promo poster and GTAV Pre-Order poster #2 today. I wanted to wait until my room got redone, but I got tired of seeing them just laying around on the floor. I actually just noticed there is a crack in the plastic on the GTAV one but luckily Michael's suit jacket hides it well!

I also tore off the old ass, torn Naruto Poster that was on my door since like 5th grade. I felt a little heartbroken seeing it go, since it brought back so many memories so I decided to take a picture of it before removing it. I replaced it with a Harley Davidson poster that my dad got me a while ago, that was originally in the place where I hung up the P4G poster.

Unfortunately the lighting in my room is really poor, so the P4G poster doesn't look as amazing as it truly does. In good lighting, it's eye candy, seriously. I may just buy a really bright lamp to put in my room.

Nemesis got me a Resident Evil poster, so when I put that up, all 4 of my favorite games/game series are going to be on my wall.

Persona 4

GTA

Mortal Kombat

Resident Evil

The Persona 4 poster is also right next to my Ivy Doomkitty calendar

I also have an Ivy Doomkitty print that I want framed so I can put up as well.

I've heard mixed messages about EMS. The last time I shopped at YesASia, they used EMS shipping and it was pretty slow. I was surprised I got my stuff within the range of estimated delivery.

There was a P3P OST promo poster on Yahoo Japan, but I'm glad I didnt' get it because it's literally the same poster as the one I got, just with the OST ads on it.

There's a P4G and a P4 promo poster on YJA for really cheap too.

I might end up bidding on the P4G poster. It'd look great next to my P3P one. Plus now that I know that Fromjapan is legit, I'll finally order a SMTIV poster to go along with my Nocturne one.

I'll end up shipping that RE poster out to you around Thursday if not a little bit sooner.

I haven't framed any of my cosplay prints. I just used thumbtacks. It's not like they're rare or anything so I just stuck em up on my wall.

I've heard mixed messages about EMS. The last time I shopped at YesASia, they used EMS shipping and it was pretty slow. I was surprised I got it within the estimated date.

HMV shipped the dance club remix OST to me via EMS and it got to me faster than expected and the same with the P3P poster. No issues thus far. It might be that USPS around you is just a bit slow? Before I moved last year, the mail man wouldn't deliver packages to my house because he was lazy, but now in the place I live, the mail man (USUALLY) delivers right on time if not a little bit sooner than expected.

I only use thumbtacks on stuff that don't really mean a lot to me. My Harley Davidson poster is held with two thumbtacks.

Putting a hole in something I really like just bothers me for some reason. I guess it's just an OCD of mine.

Like I said, if it's not rare, I don't really care lol. I'll just buy another one if it gets fvcked up beyond repair. If it's rare and limited, you bet your Kanji-loving ass I'm gonna frame it. My Rob Sheridan print hasn't been out of the frame since the day I got it in the mail, which was 3 years ago.

Well I have a limited edition Doomkitty print, but it got a huge wrinkle on it which bothers the living shit out of me. It came with being one of the first of 200 people to order her calendar.

My other print is her Felicia print which sells like crazy. It's this one with "To Joseph. Puuuuuuur <3 Ivy Doomkitty" written on it and kissed.

She has a Giganta one that's awesome as ****. Thinking of getting it.

How did you get your poster to stay in the middle of the frame? Each time I tried putting my Nocturne poster back up on the wall when it was in the frame it would slowly slide down to the bottom of the frame and it'd piss me off because it doesn't look good at all and there's no such thing as a cheap 28x20 frame.

I remember you messaging me about this issue, lol it might just be the frame. Maybe it's not tight enough or something? Because I had no issue getting mine set. Like, I didn't have to find a way around it.

I just placed the poster in, then flipped over the template, then put on the cardboard and bent down all the metal things. It was a bit of a bish getting the poster to stay in place when inserting the template and cardboard, but it doesn't slide or anything. I could throw the poster frame across the room and it'll stay in place.

I think the old frame was the problem. It didn't have the little metal push down thingies. It was the one of those ones that you had to slide on the black plastic ends to seal it. I think that was the problem. The one I got today is the one with the little metal things. I wish it didn't have a crack in it. Though I also don't know if it'll even fit the poster since it's only 30x20. Not sure if vertically, it can hold all of my poster.

The metal things make it so much easier to put the poster inside. I had never used a frame like it before. My MK9 frame is like the ones where you slide on the plastic parts.

Will the poster be too big? Because if not, just do what I did and use the template as a background. The white will actually go nice with the colors of the P3P poster.

I don't have problems with USPS for the most part. I usually get my stuff on time. When I checked the delivery status via EMS tracking number, it was stuck in the sorting facility for several days, which made nervous. It could be the fact that YesAsia is slow in general. I may check HMV the next time I want to import outside of Ebay or Amazon.
