I hope that Kotal Kahn kills Mileena in a cameo scene in MKX, and puts her head on a stick, as a warning to all who choose to confront / betray him.

It depends. Must they bring back another female character on top of Mileena? Then Tanya. Can they get away without bringing any more back? Awesome, then don't. I'll go with No.

Bo'Rai Cho - no.
Kenshi - resounding yes. I'm sure Takeda's a cool guy and all, but let's start with doing justice to his pops.
 
Tanya: YES, because I think she would be important for Shinnok's invasion and I want her character more well developed, though I have no passion for her at all;

Bo' Rai Cho: NO, because I think he would have to be completely changed to be applied to the theme of this game;

Kenshi: NO, I like him, but I want to spare him this game. Noting that, if he is in, I will be very happy. But I would choose others.
 
Tanya: NO. I think i'd prefer a new female character over her. Not that i don't like her...

Bo' Rai Cho: I used to hate him on MKDA. But these days i've been playing MKD Konquest mode again and it just reminded me how important he was to the whole MK universe and i started liking him. Maybe if they gave him some new moves excluding that toiled humor, i'd say a yes for him being a DLC and playing huge part on the history as a cameo. So my vote is yes.

Kenshi: never got into him, and since his son will probably be one of the new main playable character, i don't see a reason for including him, even if they're very different, we already got Ermac, who is much cooler. So, NO for Kenshi.
 
Tanya - No. Wouldn't mind seeing a revamp, but that goes for every MK4+ character. I'd rather they revamp some others, or have an entirely new character, because I've never found Tanya interesting in terms of story or appearance.

Bo' Rai Cho - Hell yes. He's got an excellent story and I love his name. He just needs to lose the puking and farting and needs to have more sumo, drunken fist and bo staff moves. He can have flamethrower moves that involve a torch and spitting alcohol.

Kenshi - YES. After Mileena, the next returnee I'd be most happy to see. He was my 2nd favorite in MK9, because he's just pure distilled awesomeness.
 
Tanya - Yes.
Bo'Rai Cho - Hardcore no, unless he gets a massive revamp and completely loses the fart and vomit "jokes".
Kenshi - No. Nothing against him, but with limited spaces I'd rather someone else, and he had MK9 anyways.
