In MKII Jax is Top Tier, along with Mileena battling for the top spot. (depending on who you ask, like me, say Jax is #1 in that game). In MK3, and especially UMK3, Jax is a beast. Not top tier, but definitely high mid tier.

But when Jax hit the 3-D, even on MK4, he just became a character that was no fun to play, and the whole ghetto Jax was completely retarded. hopefully this "new" Jax will be a return to form.

It's not that I don't like Jax, I do. It's just there are BETTER characters that's all. Shao Kahn for instance.

I have some gut feeling that if Shao Kahn is announced, he'll probably be last.:hmmmm:

I can deny that. Ive never liked Jax to play with and his moves have always been average at best. His story line is boring; hes sonyas *****. Hes sucks. Hes only there so MK and DC dont get sued for not having any black guys in the game.

I just feel he was a wasted slot in this game, he's a male version of Sonya very predictable character. I'd just rather have someone like Ermac, Smoke or even Stryker in his place. I've always found him rather boring honestly.

One report said Powergirl was going in or something not so long ago, steady on Boon, this is MK 8 not powerhouse smack down 2030. :-/
