Hello there. I don't know who made this picture, but its REALLY COOL! So props to who ever designed it! Also, I was just wondering... is that male ninja a cross between Scorpion and Reptile.... as to poke fun at Reptile from MK1 (really being more of a GREEN scorpion)??... If it is, its funny and makes sense! Anyways, great picture and keep up the GREAT work! I also noticed his mask on the floor... looks like the MK1 movie Reptile mask!

It is a fan art by K1LLKANO. It was there before the game kame out.
