Undertaker isnt a heel and doesnt work as a heel any more cuz hes still cheered even when he is a heel. I think Eddie is working out as a great heel this time around, but the best heels ever have to be HHH and Kurt Angle, although Rock and Undertaker as heels in the 90's were awesome.
