You know what? I don't think the Steiner Brothers have been mentioned yet. They were awesome.

Your right. What's sad is that most ppl forget about Rick. To me, The Dog Faced Gremlin was equally as awesome as Scott. If I'm not mistaken, Rick actually got more hype back in the day with his barking routine that Scott did with his body.

Yeah, back when Scott had long, dark hair Rick definitely got his much due credit, but right before the nWo when Scott started to really bulk up, some of the attention shifted.

JBL - APA

Bradshaw didnt come from APA, he was a singles competitor before The Acolytes

Did anyone forget he was in the New Blackjacks with Barry windham?

The Anvil cracked me up. He looked like the love child of Kerry King (Slayer), and Mario's (Super Mario Bros.) affair. Very spontaneous and colorful. Bret and Jim are all that's left from the Foundation. It's crazy how the original Hart Foundation is the only members still left, including Jimmy Hart.

Yeah... Brian pillman was a very odd character, fun to watch! Especially in In your house 16, Canadian stampede (which i will post a small review of)

WWE Tagged Classics - In your house 13/ 16 review

Review of WWE In your house 13/16, since i watched it on the 24th:

WTC011_L.JPG

In your house 13:

World Heavyweight Title Match
Bret Hart vs. Vader vs. Steve Austin vs. The Undertaker= REAL awesome match! This is just an incredible and kickass match!!!!!!!! The performance by Vader was incredible, he really surprised me! And Austin was REAL crazy! 5/5!!!!!!

World Tag Team Title Match
Doug Furnas & Phil Lafon vs. Owen Hart & Davey Boy Smith= The french guys were boring and awful, but Owen and Bulldog put on a real good match. And the ending was excellent too! 3/5

Intercontinental Heavyweight Title Match
Rocky Maivia vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley= LOL. The snobby blue blood vs the blue chipper Maivia... it was a decent match, and you even get a wrestler that ends up ruining it! Won't spoil the results though. 3/5

Faarooq, Crush & Savio Vega vs. Bart Gunn, Flash Funk & Goldust= Bad match. I didn't like it at all, i thought the NOD sucked ass. So result= 1/5

Marc Mero vs. Leif Cassidy= First match in the PPV. At least this had some decent technical wrestling, but leif cassidy was just horrible. Props to Marc mero for making it decent! Result= 2/5

In Your house 16

Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Jim Neidhart, Davey Smith & Brian Pillman vs. Steve Austin, Ken Shamrock, Goldust & The Legion of Doom= This was the main event! My god, the crowd was SO into it! Since this was in canada, the american team (Austin, shamrock, goldust, lod) Were REALLY getting booed! The canadian team (bret, owen, neidhart, bulldog, pillman) were the heroes. I really liked Pillman, he was a better wrestler than i thought!!!!!! This match was full of cheating from both sides, but it was excellent! Owen also really did an impressive job. 5/5!!!!!!!!!!!

World Heavyweight Title Match
The Undertaker vs. Vader= This match was a bit boring for me, sadly. I think it might have been because of the way this lasted too much. At least it had a good end. 2/5

The Great Sasuke vs. Taka Michinoku= WHOA! This match just fricking ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Real awesome wrestling, it looked more like a karate fight! But it was full of high flying moves and awesome kicks!!!! Unbelieveable result as to who won, too! I love it!!!!!!!!! 5/5

Mankind vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley= Chyna was at ringside... so you can guess what happened. The match was good though! Incredible aftermath, as a huge brawl gets into the crowd, exterior, and other places!!! 3/5

First match (dark match) The new blackjacks vs the godwinns= This match happened to be a dark match... i know so because after it was done, the show "officially" started with pyro, etc... but there was a good reason as to why this was a dark match... it sucked! At least it was a short match, thank god.

Result for dark match= 0/5

And as a funny thing: When the In your house 16 event is done, they SHOWED a coliseum video ad!!! They forgot to cut that out of the video!!!!!!!!!!! But still, nice to know that coliseum is still around

I think this is going to blow up in someones face like a bad car battery if this keeps on. How about we all just drop this. Truce?
I'm not flaming Prophet. Infact I quite like him. Sorry if it came across that way! :D

First of all JBL made his name in the APA thats why I listed that team instead of the New Blackjacks, which by the way was one of the worst teams ever. Yes he did have a singles career before the APA but did absolutely nothing as Justin Hawk Bradshaw.
Secondly Anvil was good but you could never say he was great. The same can be said for Pillman, he never rose above the mid-card (if he even got that far) so I don't think he can be classed as great. Thats not to say that he wouldn't have been.
Also Dynamite Kid was great before the British Bulldogs not after!

The Anvil was a classic character in the Hart foundation. He did lose a lot of his charisma when Bret became a singles competitor, but he was the show in the Hart foundation mind you. Pillman was a great high flying local legend to say the least. As his career and drug problems rolled onward, he actually lost a lot of what made him. But, you can never say that he wasn't great in his hayday. As far as Dynamite goes, he was 10 times the wrestler that Davey Boy was. The Bulldog just cought on more with the European circuit and the new generation of WWF superstars at that time. They all hold a valuable part in wrestling history, and that you can't argue with.

Was this the match that they show on Wrestling with Shadows? I think it is, were all the Hart family members go in the ring at the end. I remember the crowd in the background being so hyped up, that it scared me.

So many tag teams were like that. Think about it. The Rockers for instance was all about Marty before the early 90's. The Hart foundation was all about Jim before the early 90's. There seems to be a pattern.

I didn't say that they weren't good, but look at the original question. Then take each of those some of those named, ad ask what they acomplished AFTER they left their tag team...

Pillman - Became the loose cannon. So nothing really!

Anvil - Tagged with Owen then got replaced by... wait for it... Koko B Ware. Imagine that on your CV. So nothing!

Dynamite Kid - A true legend before and during no doubt! But after the Bulldogs NOTHING.

You see my point now? :D

Yep! Quite a great match, i was shocked to see that the year 1997 wasnt that bad as some people made it out to be.
