The Walking Dead

Re-watching Season 1 since I bought it on DVD, the Collector's Edition. It was on sale for $20 at FYE, and Season 2 is on sale for around $27.

What I didn't understand though, is that only the Collector's Editions were on sale. The normal editions were at regular price.

Anyway

Spoiler:
Amy's death still saddens me. I think that they should have kept her along for longer.

Also, its awesome to see the characters compared to around Season 2 ended. Glenn was more of a hotshot, a little on the c0cky side, but recently he's been a lot more quiet.

Rick of course changed greatly. He's not near as rational as he was when the show first began.

Lori is still the same. I either hate her, or I like her. I know Shane said Rick was dead, but who wouldn't say that? He was in a damn coma, and the outbreak happened. He doesn't deserve to be pushed away from Carl.

Spoiler:
I was actually really annoyed by Shane's death. He may have not been a rational guy, but he sure as hell knew how to survive. Lori just really pissed him off, which is why I'm not a fan of her character.

Spoiler:
Remember when Rick and Shane got into that fight at the the bus depot and all those Walkers swarmed the place. I swear I wished Rick would have left Shane to die, I hate Shane.

Shane may not be rational, but he knew what it took to survive, homeboy :proud:

Spoiler:
Only wrong thing he did was shooting Otis.

Also, he was ready to lower his gun, but Rick killed him. I think Shane could have been talked out of it, if given enough time.

I'm still angry Andrea got killed... I know a lot of people hate her character's choices but I was always rooting for her! That definitely made it clear to me that they were straying away from the comics, I knew they were different but I always expected the same overall outcome...

I heard season 4 is gonna be more about prison life than anything else, so I'm pretty much expecting a snooze fest like season 2.
