The Most Useless Special Moves in MK9

I notice that there's been a lot of arguements in the community about special attacks that need to be weakened and or powered up (KL's spin, Sub's Slide ect.), but there's some useless one's lingering around at the same time that are hardly mentioned.

I can name a couple:

Skarlet's blood ball (slow, unsafe and cost health)
Sub Zero's regular ice puddle (Who's going to fall for that? :bird:)
Quan Chi's skeletal boost (random, unsafe and slow)

Can I get some help on elabortating on the others I might be unaware of or haven't mentioned?

Hmmm, I think Rain's H20Boost thing where he does Extra Damage but can't block. Because it's slow and he can't get much benefit from it. Because the other guy would already be on them.

Most useless move?
For me, it's Baraka's spin. It's like a second longe with litle range. It was awesome in MK vs DC.

Lol I didn't even know he had that, I should stop being lazy and go buy Rain, is the boost faster than Quan Chi's? Cuz being unable to block is already too much to sacrifice.

I agree that the ice puddle sucks but at least it does *something*. Sindel's flight is absolutely pointless ... she cant even really move when she is up there. Its a literal sitting duck.

The only good thing about Sindel's flight I found was doing it right after standing 2 (punch), you can cancel it by blocking, allowing you to dash into a throw, the block stun is at your advantage when done correctly. You got to be quick and its hard to do online.

I found it useful in few situations, I don't think anyone has mentioned it before, its sort of like Kabals dash cancel

any sort of damage boost gets the "crappy" award frome me. its one of the reasons i cant bring myself to main rain or quanchi knowing they are balanced around such a poor design.

I like Sub-Zero's Ice Puddle... you guys have to mix up your opponents before you start using it. When you knock someone down, rush them with a grab on wakeup, then do a combo on the next wake up, your slide should knock them down again. After that point, they'll be hesitant to move and most likely block on the next wakeup, that's when you use the Ice Puddle. Works for me.
