I didn't even comment on the gameplay so you obviously know how i don't know how the game mechanics works yes yes ? I think it's pretty much widely known no game is even AS or MORE technical than SF, making a stupid claim like that is highly retarded kay ?

People have their opinions, whether right or wrong you dont need to call them out and rather than blatantly making insulting statements, I suggest you back up what you say with your reasons and engage in a good, respectable debate.

I own Tekken 6 for 360 and PS3. I attend to buy fighters usually for both systems. My favorite is Christie. I hate when people act like Christie/Eddie are noob friendly. They are NOT. I would like to see a newbie beat a elite with Christie. It's not going to happen. They shouldn't even be able to beat even the "average" tekken player unless they know what they're doing.

I also used Julia. She reminds me a lot of Akira from VF especially in Tekken 6. Very Technical and good character.

The most technical fighting game out there is Virtua Fighter. You will not find a fighter more technical. Tekken is pretty technical also. It's hard to say SF is more.

It's good that you like Alisa because you can play as her through Story from the start. Make sure to read a guide or something because Tekken 6 isn't a game you'll discover how to play on your own.

Wrong. Street Fighter is a good fighting game, but saying there's nothing more technical than it makes you look retarded. If you don't like Tekken 6 and you're just here to whine then stop posting in the thread.

I mostly do the arcade battle and online with her. story I just pick whoever and learn a couple easy strings.

Oh and grotesque I thought EVO was horrible to watch as well. Me and a friend were playing last night picking random and I got bob. I somehow managed to do like a 10 hit juggle without knowing any of his movesXD He really is a boring character to play AND watch. but the fact is it has 40 characters and is VERY technical. Parries, reversals, teching, wall splats etc. I only played SF for two days before I sold it so it might be pretty technical as well, but just because something is "boring" doesnt necessarily mean it isnt technical.

Yeah I thought EVO was pretty boring also. It's not a good thing when all you see is Bob vs Bob it just means he out balance all the characters too well. Hopefully with Tekken 7 Namco will fix this.

So what makes Mortal Kombat 9 and Street Fighter 4 more technical than Tekken 6? Just because the game is more technical than the other, it doesn't mean the game is better.

Bob is one of the best characters in the game but he's not that much better than the lower tier characters.

Favorite characters:

K to the I to the N to the mother****ing G ~ King is my all time favorite Tekken character. I have always been drawn to the less human characters in fighting games. The robos in MK, Blanka in SF & King in Tekken. Now I make it my goal to main King in every single game he appears in. His wild wrestling style and BADASS costume in 5 seals his place in my heart.


Yoshimitsu ~ Yoshimitsu is another favorite of mine. I love his awkward fighting style & freaky appearances. The way he is able to hop, run & fly all over the battle field made him an instant favorite of mine.


Armor King ~ I remember first seeing Armor King. I was playing through T2 and bam! There he was, a bigger, blacker & deadlier King was before my eyes. A.King became my favorite character, but unfortunately he was killed off. Only to return in Tag. So King regained his points throughout the years and even though A.King has returned, he was gone for far too long, King is tops baby, and its staying that way. But I love his gruesome, over the top attacks. Seriously, try out his grapples in Tekken 6!


Feng Wei ~ I liked Feng in 5, but grew to love him in 6. I customized him to look like a Shaolin Monk in 6, and never looked back. His high flying attacks and liquid like movements makes Feng a blast to play as and quite a sight to watch.





Favorite Tekken Game ~ Tekken 5. I just can't get over my love for this game. So much was done right that it was unbelievable. I had always been a casual Tekken fan, but this magnificent game catapulted me into the fanboy stage. Customizable characters, a fun 1P adventure game mode, the ability to play the OG Tekken trilogy, Moonlit Wilderness & the best damn King costume to ever be spawned. This game was gold from the start. Although it was hard as **** to get money :laugh:


Least Favorite Tekken ~ 4, I couldn't stand 4. It left such a bad taste in my mouth :mad: Boring story, King in panties, Heihachi in a diaper and Tekken Force. I ****ing hate Tekken Force.





I remember it like it was yesterday. 7th birthday and my mom comes home late. In her arms is a box. In it is a PS1, a racing game, a stupid tank game and of course, Tekken 2. I actually had no interest in Tekken at all. But when I popped that bad boy in the station,

Definitely picking up Tekken Hybrid. I want to be able to play Tekken Tag again. My PS3 can play PS2 games, but Tag runs in slomo. Can't wait.
 
I love tekken. I started liking it when I played Tekken 3 for the PS1. My favorite characters.

Hwaorang : I always like flashy moves with the legs. I like it more than brutal punches, just because it is so damn awesome to watch!

Yoshimitsu : My best character, I love him! I hate how he looks most of the time, like in Tekken 6. Ew. But in Tekken 3 he looked b0$$! I mostly like him for his abnormal moves, voice and how he is friends with Doctor B. Doctor B is such an amazing character. Hahaha

Jin Kazama : Best character story wise. He beat three tournaments in a row because of his family fueds. Him + Kazuya + Heihachi = epic story. Plus, I really enjoy how he plays in Tek. 5 and 6. Really good design too. Flame pants for the win!

My favorit e Tekken game is tekken 3 because it was the best in the series. PERIOD. Amazing new characters included, great levels, soundtrack, DR. BEEEEE!
 
I been playing Tekken 6 alot on my PSPgo lately, its pretty amazing how close it is to the PS3 version. I been learning Paul and Asuka but not sure if I am good enough for online yet on PS3, haven't tried :)
 
I bought the Tekken Hybrid Limited Edition, the movie wasn't all that, the CGI was great, but there should had been more characters in it, Tekken Tag HD doesn't look very different from the original if you ask me.
