Survival Mode

Is there a topic yet for help in Survival mode (If there is, since all you have to do is beat enemies up)?

ohh damn i new there was a door there. I dont know if anyone remembers but i showed a screenshot of the map and it showed a door there. It was probably for this.

Well, then, I have a glitch on mine. Whenever I go to Survival Mode (Ok, I've only gone in twice) and I die, Single Player or Ko-op, It always restarts in the beginning of the level...
