Okay, it has come to my attention that Eliza Masters is NOT practical for USF4 because she's physically unable to perform during this timeline due to pregnancy.

Umm...not until AFTER all of the SF4 games, and besides, SF4 takes place between SF2 and SF3. Mel Masters is already about 3 or 4 at the time of SF3.
