[Storyline Theories] Intros of MKX

then comes the question how does/will Raiden find out if he is the one who tells him since throughout the mk story line he really was unconcerned about the rivalry between the Lin Kuei and Shirai Ryu.

to me it seems like it would be Sub-zero who tells i mean seeing where the story is going with MKX it stands to reason that Subz is now fed up with this rivalry and being accused of killing Hanzo's family and going by your theory commander Sub-Zero is in fact Bi-Han and the champion of the elder gods. Han may ask the elder gods who really killed Scorpion's family and clan and later confront the spectre about it

or someone else who may reveal it would be Quan chi himself if something happens that makes Quan chi believe that Scorpion is of no further use and decides to dispose of him only to be a dick and reveal truth and later have that bite him back

What if...by the time of the end of MKX or around the 20/25th year era, Subzero (the grandmaster) and Scorpion (now the leader) decide to form a truce and move all of the future games forward to being more about the Tournaments rather than invasions and big bads (with Subzero and Scorpion using the MK Tournaments to be more like how DBZ used their tournaments).

I'm pretty sure that Raiden somehow knew that Quan Chi was responsible for the death of his family and clan, otherwise NRS wouldn't have used it in a similar scenario in Sub-Zero's MK9 ending.
Plus, Raiden knew very well what was going on with both the Lin Kuei and Shirai Ryu, given that he knew about the Lin Kuei's Cyber Initiative, as he even told human Cyrax.

I agree that it could be Sub-Zero that tells him, if it DOES end up being Bi-Han.
I still want to know WHO MKX Sub-Zero really is, though.

True.
That's a 3rd possibility, but I just wonder if Quan Chi would do that or try to have as many people as he can on his side, to screw over Raiden and the Forces Of Light.

but then why didn't Raiden just tell the truth then? i mean if raiden was trying to prevent the death of someone wrongly accused at the hands of a vengeful spectre wouldn't he just outright reveal it?

That's the very question that I've also had on my mind since MK9.

Raiden did know that Scorpion killing Sub-Zero would result in Noob Saibot (in his vision) which is why he struck the deal with Scorpion, but I agree that Raiden should have told him right then and there that Sub-Zero didn't do it.

So, if Noob saibot was changed back into Sub-Zero. Is Sub Zero still dead like scorpion? Did The Purification also restore sub-zeros life?

That's a good question, I'm going to say no, he wouldn't be like scorpion anymore..
(e.g. If Scorpion was restored/purified we would be seeing him as Hanzo.)

restoring either of them would mean bringing them back to the point of how they were prior to their deaths... thus alive.
So does the Purification of Bi-Han's soul restore his life? I'm going with yes.

I also agree with this.
I'm thinking that the Elder Gods have way more power than Quan Chi, and can bring Bi-Han back to his pure former self.
Whereas Quan Chi can reanimate the dead, notice how they are never really themselves when he does resurrect them.
They seem to either be zombies or a shell of what they used to be.

The Elder Gods, on the other hand, have way higher authority than either Quan Chi, Shinnok, or Raiden, so I'm guessing that if anyone can bring a single being back to how they used to be, it's the Elder Gods.
The reason I think that the Elder Gods are more powerful than Shinnok is because Shinnok is a fallen Elder God, which means that they may have stripped some of his Elder God powers when they kicked him out, or he may not be as powerful as when he was at his former Elder God status.

It should however be addressed that the force alone doesn't make you great fighter but they way you're able to use it. The Elder Gods may have bigger guns than Quan Chi but Quan has more experience in combat.

Kano: (spits) "[inaudible]"

Kano: "Bedtime baby."
Cassie Cage: "Ha, you'll be the one taking a nap."
Kano: (spits) "COME TO ME!"

Where are people getting these intro dialogues from? Some definitely haven't been released and I haven't been able to locate any official source for them. I'm starting to wonder if people are making this stuff up.

I wonder what this means:

Raiden: "Step aside cretin."
D'Vorah: "The emperor suggests you do it."
Raiden: "I do not heed the emperor."

D'Vorah: "It's now time for you to do it."
Raiden: "I can protect you, D'Vorah."
D'Vorah: "Protection? It's pointless!"

I know they have a link. I wonder what "do it" means. What should Raiden do at the suggestion of D'Vorah and Kotal Kahn?
