Proportions are good. They are realistic. MK9 was well... that... extreme.
Well to be honest Mileena's head still looks like it is too big.
I understand the frustration with Rain/Tanya, who were very much involved with the story, being NPC, while revenant characters with barely any involvement get on the roster, but no paying for Rain = less likely to appear in a future game. It sucks, but if the option comes up (it won't) don't be so stubborn. The reason he was excluded in the first place is because NRS doesn't believe he is popular enough... yet.
Had Cassie been more flat-chested in her alt, then yeah, she could easily be mistaken for a boy. I'm not a fan of the hairstyle, had hoped she would have the one we saw in an early render of her and her concept art.
I agree. That hairstyle was cool!

If I had to choose. Between rain not being in a game and being forced to pay 10 dollars for him while he's already in the game, then i'd chose for him to not show up at all. That's just stupid. He's actually on the disc. He's actually in the game. It's not like mk9 where you couldn't see him anywhere whatsoever. In fact, there are multiple times where you can see him in MKX. I doubt they'll ever make him playable. But if they were to release a dlc where he is, I don't care how big of a rain fan I am. I'm not supporting that. That's a retarded business practice. I feel like Tanya players no matter how much they love her, should feel the same. It'd be like having scorpion in the game. He has three variations, multiple outfits, voicework and there's even a mission you can play as him in the story. But, you have to pay 10 dollars to play as him. That's how I feel about rain right now.
I'd be much more content if he wasn't in the game at all right now.
Li Mei isn't a fighter in the new timeline. She doesn't seem to fight at all in Story Mode, unless I missed something.
She doesn't fight, which doesn't mean she isn't a fighter. Bo' Rai Cho doesn't fight, Sareena doesn't fight...Li Mei isn't a fighter in the new timeline. She doesn't seem to fight at all in Story Mode, unless I missed something.
She really does. I'm very happy with her re-design and would love to see her featured in a future game.
Its going to be a hard one to fit her in due to the fact that shujinko is on a different path and hasn't had the chance to train her and her village wasn't enslaved by the DA so her motivation is gone and is just a outworld refugee hiding in earthrelam unless of course Kotal Kahn decides to invade via the SF portal which would be a major mistake considering you know who threw down the gauntlet in the netherrelam
What I liked about her in X is that she actually does look like a mature woman in her late 30's and early 40's. That is odd for fighting games for sure. And MK still has its own MILF Sindel. It really isn't a very common feature not only in fighting games, but in video games in general unfortunately. I was very surprised how they designed her this time around and yeah every fighting game has its own Chinese kung fu girl. But then again, we do have Bruce Lee so...Well, I've expressed this many times, but I'm no fan of Li Mei. The whole Chinese female acrobatic kung fu fighter stereotype is one I'm not very fond of. She might not be Chinese, but her entire theme fits the bill.
Her DA bio clearly states she's grown up being trained by martial artists. She even managed to take on a bunch of the Deadly Alliance's goons and it's mentioned she would have beaten Kano too if Quan Chi hadn't interfered. Shujinko trains her after this, which is to say after the Deadly Alliance propose the tournament to her. So on her own she does have experience, unless NRS does away with that back story.
