[SPOILER] DLC Characters Ladder Endings & Dialogue Intros

These 'official intro dialogues' seem very poorly constructed & unrealistic. If these ARE real, they're quite disappointing.
 
Here goes. Even more Tanya & Tremor goodness...

Quan-Chi to Tanya: Tanya, the mighty rebel….
Tanya to Quan-Chi: I use instability to my advantage.
Quan-Chi to Tanya: Yes, I'm very impressed.

Reptile to Tanya: Edenian witch….
Tanya to Reptile: Zaterran tadpole.…
Reptile to Tanya: Your long life ends now.

Reptile to Tanya: Tanya…
Tanya to Reptile: Reptile.
Reptile to Tanya: I will slay you now.

Tremor to Scorpion: You dare attack me, Scorpion?

Sonya Blade to Tanya: Hold it, Tanya.
Tanya to Sonya Blade: By whose authority?
Sonya Blade to Tanya: Already asking too many questions.

Sonya Blade to Tremor: Tremor.
Tremor to Sonya Blade: Run away, woman.
Sonya Blade to Tremor: Gonna beat some respect outta you.


Tanya to Ermac: The soul collective….
Ermac to Tanya: You will die, Edenian.
Tanya to Ermac: I will free the souls within you.

Tanya to Ermac: Ermac.
Ermac to Tanya: You will die for aiding Mileena.
Tanya to Ermac: You will die for not.


Tanya to Johnny Cage: Johnny Cage.
Johnny Cage to Tanya: You've heard of me….

Tanya to Jacqui Briggs: Miss Briggs.
Jacqui Briggs to Tanya: Another Edenian….
Tanya to Jacqui Briggs: The only one you need worry about.

Tanya to Kano: Take your business elsewhere.


Tanya to Takeda: Son of Kenshi.
Takeda to Tanya: How could you tell?
Tanya to Takeda: Same aura of weakness.

Kung Lao to Tanya: I do toss my hat….
Tanya to Kung Lao: If you do, I am for you.


Tanya to Kenshi: Kenshi.

Tanya to Kenshi: Your ability to help anyone is gone.


Tanya to Kitana: Princess….
Kitana to Tanya: Still alive, deceiver?
Tanya to Kitana: No way to speak to a loyal subject…

Tanya to Kitana: So you and Liu Kang….
Kitana to Tanya: None of your business.
Tanya to Kitana: I'll take that as a "yes."

Tanya to Kung Jin: Kung Jin.
Kung Jin to Tanya: Hello, Tanya.
Tanya to Kung Jin: I'll beat a warmer greeting out of you.

Tanya to Erron Black: The emperor's plaything…
Erron Black to Tanya: These aren't toys, Tanya…
Tanya to Erron Black: They might as well be.

Tanya to Raiden: Raiden.
Raiden to Tanya: Do not test a god.
Tanya to Raiden: For he might fail?

Tanya to Sonya Blade: I'm glad you're here, General.
Sonya Blade to Tanya: I want no part of your civil war.
Tanya to Sonya Blade: This is about us…

Tanya fans should be happy. Some nice lines there imho. The DLC overall feels much better than MK9. Much more in depth and fleshed out.

And these are also pretty much all the lines there are...

These 3 don't make much sense.
Vocab is a bit off on the first 2, and the 3rd one implies what exactly?

Shouldn't it be "Gonna beat some respect into you."?

Also, does anyone know what Tanya's variations are? I've been absent as of late.

These two caught my interest.

So... she's still a deceiver despite that she's "helping" for Edenia?

Hey, maybe my guess could come true. She wants Edenia free then take it for herself? Eh?

And the last one.... ugh.
 
Figured I would post this here since I cannot create threads yet, thanks to diirecthit over at MKO for the preview image.

I really hope that's only a wip of the predator, the mask looks nothing like the mask from the movie, no shoulder cannon, and the bracers have no detail. Imo if that's their final render of him that's a pretty half assed job.

I'm starting to question the legitimacy of some of these intros..

my opinion is mask may differ in variations, shoulder cannon is saved for variation is well
 
BTW... I know Jason's variations... bio... victory pose dialogues... in-fight chatter... pretty much everything. Just saying. Not sure I want to drop all of it, though. Don't want to get the site and myself into trouble or anything.

They are real. And I honestly like them. Not sure what people were expecting. I'm glad DLC characters will have intros at all - not to mention fatalities, brutalities, variations, etc.

The first two sound fine. English is flexible.

The third one too actually. Kung Lao is throwing his hat at her -> hats off to her. Or it could also mean they're fighting together like couples usually do. Either way Tanya seems to like it.

I think Tanya and Kitana have a different vision how Edenia should be and how to get there.

No, Tremor is being sarcastic and actually thinks Johnny's movies suck. He enjoys them because they're so bad they're good.

Question as much as you'd like. That's fine with me. But pretty soon you'll see they're legit. Unless NRS decides to change some of these at the last minute, which I really doubt, because these are on disc.

How are you getting these, again? I have trouble believing that Jason has victory pose dialogue seeing as he's mute..

'It's why I'm eager to kill you'? That's also incorrect vocabulary.
