Well, no, because unless Mileena's babymaker functions on a whole different level from the usual female, those Shokan genes and the Reiko genes shouldn't be doing any interacting. The baby's either 1/3 Shokan or 1/3 Reiko.

It's really simple... Kotal don't recognize the shokans as a glorious race, while Mileena would have them as the main race if she's the empress....

This is a pretty weird story arc. I wonder if the Shokan remained neutral up until this point. Kotal said he drove Mileena's forces underground, I don't think Mileena would pander to Goro like that if he was hiding too. And maybe that's why Kintaro leads the rebellion, he doesn't see Mileena as worthy enough to command the Shokan

Mileena cares for no one. She is losing the battle, so she is trying to ally herself with the remaining strong ones.
On the first oportunity Goro stands threat to her, she will betray him.
Kotal may recognize the Shokan as a glorious race, but on his mind, they are not good for Outworld, or maybe he is just against them because Mileena reached them first. He even refers to Goro as "Prince".
Besides the fact that Goro slaughtered his people.

No he isn't. It's impossible for several reasons.
1. Johnny had been calling Cassie's phone right before Sonya picked it up. How could he do this from another realm exactly? And why would he when, if he were Erron Black, he'd know exactly where she was given that he was the one who captured her and Jacqui?
2. Sonya talked about letting Johnny be the one to deal with Cassie after she left the base, and later gave the order for Johnny to come along on their mission to Outworld. The way characters talk about him, he's obviously still in Earthrealm, so how could he maintain a double life in Outworld? I don't think any charade like that would last for long, especially when it's clear that Sonya and the Special Forces wouldn't be involved.
3. Johnny isn't blonde. Erron is. (maybe, depending on the colourist)
This dumb theory seems to have come about solely because Johnny calling Cassie's phone and a photo of Erron on her phone caused people to put some sort of association between them.

Because Kotal Kahn is a warrior of honor and respect. He won't diss Goro because of what happened in the past, as he knows Goro was simply doing the bidding of his master. I can dig it but I'm sure Kotal will slay him sooner than later because of the conflict that is brewing.

Kotal respects him, but he is against conquerors, as it seems. Goro not only conquered his people, as wants to conquer the realm (not for him, but he wants).
The Emperor must not kill him because of that, but surely is a good motive.
Yeah, i think the same. Or something will happen just like with Cassie vs Frost.
