so does this mean the reviewer completed challenge tower and confirmed the costume as the reward or did he unlock it another way?

i just can't beleive that this is the prize or the only prize for completing the last challenge in the tower.

My guess is that there is a prize for every 50th challenge, with a HUGE prize for winning all 300 of them. Just a guess, don't take it to the bank.
