alright, i got MK Trilogy(ps1) for Christmas and i was playing 8-player kombat when i noticed THIS: Smoke(human) can shoot a spear. I was testing button combos and this happened. Same button combo Scorpion uses. So now i have afew questions

1) Is this a glitch?

2) Can he do this in other MK games?

3) Why does dishwater turn orange when it has grease in it?

1) nope

2) if anyone takes the time to notice most characters have same button combos, ex down right might be hat throw for kung lao and it might be fireball for liu kang

3) it turns orange cuz the grease is that color and it mixes with the stuff in there

yeah, but thats not the point. Since when does Smoke have a spear?

MK2, he uses that move all the time.

Smoke was just a quick design in Trilogy, all they done was give him his fatality, animality, friendship brutality and another colour and....BOOM smoke was created.

PS- He is a rip off from Scorpion.

Smoke had the spear in MK2. Robo smoke had it in MK3, and Human Smoke has it in UMK3/MKT. He is basically just a better version of scorpion (higher priority and better combos).

Chameleon's natural color (if any) would be white if he's anything like khameleon. He has no versus screen image, and is not selectable. To play as him, select any male ninja and before the round hold back+BLK+RUN+Triangle+Circle until you here 'FIGHT'. I've made a couple animations with him. Il post them incase you have never seen him before.

If Chameleon did have a versus screen...

Cut him some slack, Teddy. This guy obviously is new to MK and had never seen Smoke before MKD and is now playing MKT to familiarize himself with the series.

Dude, MKT is a dog turd. If you really want to immerse yourself in how it all began, get one of the "real" MK games. Anything older than DA that doesn't have a number in the title is irrelevant. Play MK1, MK2, and the original, unadulterated version of MK3. That would be my recommendation.

And yes, Smoke has always had a spear.

The best would probably be UMK3, if you are interested in gameplay. It had the best. MKT for PSX had that same high quality gameplay, plus a ton of characters and backgrounds. It wasn't as balanced but it still far outshined anything besides UMK3 as far as gameplay quality.

Yeah, Smoke first appeared in Mortal Kombat II as a hidden character. Along with Jade and Noob Saibot. He then was in his Cyborg form in Mortal Kombat III, as the hidden character. Then playable in Ultimate Mortal Kombat III and Mortal Kombat Trilogy. And finaly the strongest playable character in Mortal Kombat Deception. And yes, he has always had the ''spear'' move, up until Deception... For some odd reason. :?

Okay, so now the question's been answered about five times over; I don't think there's much left to add. Can we get a locky-locky here?

NEVER!! WE MUST NOT STOP!! RODNEY KING!! FOR FRODO!! KHAN!! I AM YOUR FATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MUHAHAHA!!!

( just kidding )

Your damn right about this. Scorpion is the only one who deserves the spear move, not Smoke, or Noob Saibot from MK2. Just like Reptile is the only one who deserves the invisibiliy move not Noob Saibot, or Tanya.

u got me partially wrong, LoveCowboy. I've been playing MK for years. I used to play MKII on PC. Ever since arcades stopped having them, MK has been hard to relocate. I got MKT for Xmas because i dont have SNES. If i had Super Nintendo, there'd be a whole section of MK games in my bedroom. MKT refreshes my memory of it all, yet doesn't live my passion up to the fullest. I just bought MKD because I wanted to keep up with today's standards and because I haven't owned a Mortal Kombat game in YEARS. There, problemo solvo.
