the next gameplay video will probably be raiden - i bet smoke wont be revealed till release, and if kabal is revealed before release it wont be till much later, as for sheeva dont really care about her

That's interesting actually, I wonder if they will at least reference Rain in the story. If they've made his model for DLC then I'd expect to see him pop up somewhere. Even a brief appearance would go a long way in pleasing his fan base.
 
Can't they all be announced at the same time to stop all the "WHY IS _____ NOT IN YET WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"? D:
 
i hope they will reveal kabal because i really like him i think he has one the most awsome move sets... and i really like he's look too.. im very curious to see how they will design him, and if they will make him the same moves or change it... or how they will do the fatalities... i hope they will give him the scream fatality from mk3 because i think with today technology NR can make this fatality very awsome.

But we don't know for sure, because Noob's one came out totally unexpected, but by logic it's definitely Raiden time!

yall should stop dissing rain like that, its clear he started out as a bit of an uninspied character but u guys saw how they improved him in armageddon though not that much cuz armageddon was in all not so the hit. Now look at noob and how awsome he is right now i think this is how Rain will turn out and surprise every rain hater. And i dont think he will be dlc, he will again surprise the **** outta us with his new look and moves as we arent even thinking of meeting him.
(the developers had spent time on him this time around cuz he was hated back in the day). Thats how i feel plus i had a dream :D

smoke no doubt...it would round up all the lin kuei members (with the exception of frost) and also him because he could be the twist the ed boon refers to so heavily as a cybernetic that turns to human

LOL. Who's dissing him? Read my post again.
If you got confused by me saying "he's not a main character", that means he won't be part of the main roster, not that he isn't worthy of being on it. And I'm sorry to say that he will be DLC, as he was on a DLC list that Boon personally wrote.

And how does that impact on his gameplay exactly? Or are you always losing with him? :laugh:
 
I think it will be Sheeva even though I don't like her too much. She doesn't have as much draw to be a secret character or be a final reveal like the others.
 
I hope for Smoke

And please NRS... just give us ONE slot for Smoke and ONE canon Smoke... no matter if human or cyborg. Personally I would rpefer the cyborg.

One and the same character don't need to take 2 slots if one of them is non canon anymore... Even if it is DLC. If anything just make one a alternate costume with the same moves...

Smoke will only take up one slot, Boon has basically said that cyber smoke will be DLC, we can assume from that that human smoke takes up a slot and is also the cannon smoke in this telling (something a lot of us have been waiting for since they turned him purple in MK3 and made his character designs progressively worse from then on)
From those leaks from Lupinko Cyber smoke can be selected in a similar fashion to how human smoke was in MKu3, so they will share one slot together and the player can choose.

On a personal note, I hope Cyber Smoke's winning bio card says something like "As a human Smoke was among the deadliest of the Lin Kuei, as a machine he became deadlier. Thankfully it was just a bad dream" something like a play with the MKu3/MKt human smoke bio card.
 
...as a pure Sheeva fan i just don't wish to visit this topic anymore...please let this be forgotten...seeing poll results hurts as being Sheeva's fan...its f*ng unfair, she's much better than that! ...but on another hand what did i expect...
