Roster screen not final

There were four E3 presentations with Ed Boon (Playstation, Twitch, IGN, Gamestop) and during one of them Ed said if there's 25 characters, you'll have 75 variations. I pointed out that we had 24 roster spots then but Ed specifically mentioned 25. So we had the actual roster number all along, we just didn't know it.
 
I think there still a chance for 2 unlockable characters (Fujin and Reiko i think), there also still a chance for 2-3 secret fights, after all MK without hidden stuff is not MK.
 
If Reiko doesnt die in the comic hes gotto be playable in some form or unlockable in game, just have a feeling they haven't shown any unlockable characters yet, Shinnok wont be unlockable im 101% sure.
My guess is 4 / 5 unlockable characters

Its just Ed did state this game will have more characters then MK9 I know its been a long time since this interview, but either this OR 2 DLC packs instead of one, I dont believe hes just going to say this shizzle and then not deliver.

Or 25 is a easier number to deal with then 24, or 23. 25 is a common number
 
I can't remember where, it was either a tweet or in stream. I remember hearing there is 1 secret character you'll get by completing story mode.

So if we get the game and say shinnok is missing from the main roster. Time to get sad.

If we get the game and it has the 25 already there. We're getting some kind of character in story mode.

I think it's only 1 character.

We'll have to wait and see. I bet the random spot is a Place holder, cuz it makes no sense to make that when you could just have a button command perform random for you.
