I was so wrong about Predator mode. It's WAY fun, especially playing as Ustanak.

They don't give you enough ammo though, but they do drop powerful weapons onto the map.

They even give Ustanak weapons that he can pick up.

Onslaught is a ton of fun. It's just enemies ganging up on you and there are offensive bonuses and stuff, so it doesn't feel like Mercs. You're not trying to melee everyone, lol there's no time for it.

Already seeing problems in survivors. Jake is overpowered, because of his hand-to-hand combat since it tracks you. He can easily keep hitting you, and never let you recover.

Survivors is pretty wack, but it's still worth picking up the DLC for onslaught and predator.

I can't say I didn't see this coming though. I knew Survivors was going to fail.

Oh okay, I realized you get ammo from killing Oko, the little bug thing that helps Ustanak find people.

Predator mode is awesome. I've only lost one, lol I'm a pretty awesome Ustanak. I main Ada in Predator.

Ahhh. I see Shira. And I guess that there's no way on stopping or delaying on Jake's dash from Cobra Stance.

Edit: Sorry for not specifying, but what I meant is being Jake's opponent and trying to shoot him out of his dash.

Survivors is just like RE5, but you can move and shoot now.

Once you get a big gun, you win. Seriously. Like if you get a grenade launcher, you only need to hit an opponent once, and then spam them with it so they can't get up.

It's terrible, and it's also last man standing, so the matches are like 3 minutes, and always unbalanced. I expected as much.

I faced a solid dude in onslaught earlier though. It was crazy, lol we kept sending enemies back and forth, and neither of us died, but I got the higher score.

Predator is addicting. Playing as the Ustanak is a blast and I'm appreciating the lack of ammo, because it makes you want every bullet to count, and to work as a team. So far, Requime for War is the best map for Predator to me. Lots of open space, and there's a gun emplacement to help the players with the Ustanak.
 
I'm sure there are ways to avoid jakes melee spa
. Only been 1 day, I doubt every counter for every looking OP thing has Been explored. Wish me and shira could test stuff.

He has a vicious Ustanak on Mining the Depths. I didn't do well because I don't do well on Mining the Depths and Railyard. Seriously, screw Railyard in Predator mode. The map is WAY too small. I redeemed myself on Urban Chaos though.

I played a few matches of survivors to see if it would get any better. It hasn't, and lots of people pick Agent, because he starts out with a magnum...

They even recycled melee moves for him, and gave him Leon's running animation. Only unique thing he has is his coup de grace, which looks dumb. And his corny taunt.

He's a new character. Who wouldnt want to try him out? He's been my mercenaries partner for the entire day because everyone's picking him.

And his weapons on mercs aren't that great. Some people
Also get a hard on for geared up dudes in gas masks. The kill zone guys look pretty cool lol.
 
Well, I sucked on the 1st two games on Predator before I invited Shira. I started out slow, but I've gotten better each time I played. And I don't have the other maps. So sorry for not downloading them.
 
I was playing Survivors yesterday and I shit you not, I slid under this dude's RPG and killed him with my shotgun as Leon.

It was pretty sick, lol.

Survivors still sucks though.
 
So this Versus DLC is fun, but far from perfect.

These are my suggestions. I feel that if Capcom fixed Survivors, it could actually be good.

Predator:

-Put some invinciblity frames on players that are healing other players, and players that are being healed. Ustanak can just sit there, wait for the player to finish healing the other, and then grab them. Luckily, I've only seen a few that play this way, but it can become a problem.

-Give Ustanak ammo for the shotgun arm, not unlimited, and then when it runs out, spawn the claw arm for him to switch out

-DON'T GIVE SKILL POINTS FROM BREAKING BOXES AND KILLING THE OKO. WE WANT AMMO SO WE CAN WIN

-Reduce the range on the shotgun arm, and nerf some of the damage on it

-Have Ustanak throw out the grenades quicker


Survivors:

-Take out quick shot. Seriously, it's extremely cheap. With a full stamina meter and an assault rifle, you can quick shot an enemy 5 times in a row, never letting them recover. Or at least keep quick shot and take out the staggering effect that happens to whoever you're quick shooting. Or maybe make quick shot take two bars of stamina, instead of only one.

-With weapons on the grenade launcher, make the first hit knock them down, but then they have invincibility to knock down for a few seconds, so the weapon isn't spammable. I also want quick shot player priority. I don't like trying to quick shot an agent, but ending up quick shooting a zombie

-Buff the zombies. Buff their attack, and their movement. Make them faster. Let them climb objects and ladders faster. Also, make the controls much less sluggish. When you down an agent as a zombie, it's too much of a hassle to finish them off

-Don't have players spawn as zombies with weapons. That shit's annoying. No one uses them, so we all have to take the time to throw them away, then switch to grabbing mode, since no one using shooting mode because it sucks

-If a player is a zombie for so long, not getting luck, or getting their kills stolen, have them spawn as a whopper or something. That would make the game a lot more intense, and fair to the player.

-More ammo drops, but not too much. I hate having to hunt for ammo, it's stupid. Make every killed zombie drop ammo.

-Take that stupid extra catwalk area out of Urban Chaos. It's annoying, especially if you're a zombie

-Put more health on a downed player. Kill steals are so easy to get. For example, Critical can blast me with bullets and down me, but then Jade can just come out of nowhere, slide into me, and steal his kill, then run off. It's ridiculous.

-Take out Agent, so everyone stops dickriding him

-Make the recovery time faster for when you're downed. You get downed, but you have to wait like another hour before you can shoot

-Creature attacks should track the opponent. Like if you jump at them as a zombie, the zombie should turn in mid air, and grab the opponent. Same with J'avo. You should have to get a direct hit, since the attack doesn't even do a lot of damage.

-Take out this stupid +60000 points bullshit if you survive. This dude got 2nd place, because all he did was run and hide the whole game, so his score boosted from 0 to 60000

Since Ps3 doesn't get those 3 modes for like a few more weeks. I can't say much yet.

But I REALLY want to test things out. Like really badly lol.

Some of those things you mentioned, I keep wondering if I can work around them with some other trick up my sleeve.


And I know Cover will probably feel useless. But have you tried using it? to get them to waste ammo on you?

Grenade launcher frame traps sound lame.

In RE5, in team versus. Me and my friend would take turns shooting the Nitrogen shot, then I would throw a fire grenade. Then just as they break free from the fire stun. He would shoot another nitrogen shot.


If these weapons are gonna be a part of the game. They need to be extremely scarce, or rewarded to players who do something really skillfull.

Like a Grenade launcher doing that is rediculous. They are more accurate than a sniper rifle also lol. Grenade launchers have no swaying when you aim with them.

For some weird reason, I like to listen and seeing the intro with the spiders putting the humans in a cocoon as the camera zooms out to reveal the number 6. The music feels like this could be the end of everything.
 
I skip that shit every time, lol only intro I watch every time in a game is the SFxT intro. Bad game, amazing intro.

Have you tried adjusting the camera in RE6 yet? I haven't.

That's what i'm saying, They can't quick shot you if you're taking cover lol
