Reptile human? what doyou think

well i dont like this ugly look of reptile. He needs to just look human period. Or at least keep the skin but that mouth makes him look so lame
 
The human version of reptile that has just been revealed is perfect!!!! That is how the human versions should look......not too busy and not too plain. They did a great job with it. I can't wait to see what smoke is going to look like. Human or not. Keep up the great work NR.......i think its safe to say that this next installment of Mortal Kombat is in good hands.
 
I'm a little confused by this costume. Is it supposed to be his MK1 costume with a scale cloth pattern?
Or is it a mixture of his MK1 and MK2 costume?

I think is a mix too.
The hood is so MK1, but the cloth is from mk2.
I wonder if the other gonna have this kind of outfit, or someone like ermac, gonna have the mk3 ninja outfit.
 
I decided to make my own pallette swaps and edits:

Sub-Zero MK2:

The color got a little messed up I see on some parts...but I wanted to see it in a lighter blue scheme as everyone's edits so far has had his MK1 darker blue scheme.

Smoke MK2:

I'd love for one of Smoke's outfits to have swirling smoke around his body that moved as you fought.

As you can probably tell I made a little edit to the hooded part to make it more resemble the MK2 headwrap to go along with the outfits.
 
@Blackcyborg, I'll be so happy if each ninja gets the simple palette swap alternate like that. I didn't realize how much I missed it!

I agree, it's definitely a cool little nostalgiac feel having different color variations on the same outfit. Given that this takes place back in the era of 1-3, and so many things are nostalgia trip, I am digging the idea of some retro outfits even if they are simple pallette swaps. Imo, that just makes them easier to make so the possibility should be higher that we will receive them for more characters. Even if they don't do versions for the others, it's still pretty neat that we're getting MK1/MK2 mashup versions for the 3 originals: Sub, Scorp, and Reptile. I'm still hoping to see Sub get an unmasked version though like in MK3.

You just made them a million times better by changing the hood. I hate the MK1 hoods, i know they are classic and all, but still...

I love the MK1 hoods! They've just done the best job on the retro ninja costume, mixing different parts of MK1-3 designs. Although if they are doing the palette swap for post-MK1 ninjas too, it makes sense to have the MK2 hood. Not that I care though, the current retro costume is amazing as is.

It would be so freakin' sweet if Noob Saibot looked like this in his REGULAR costume.

He IS the ORIGINAL Sub Zero, so an MK 1 / MK 2 Noob Saibot regular costume would be fitting since that's probably what his costume looked like before "Older" Sub Zero died.

It looks pretty damn cool! I still prefer his new costume since it makes him more unique, but I'll definitely have to get this one if they release it as DLC and it doesn't stay exclusive:D

Excellent work, I miss the old MK days where things were simple... I hope we get Raiden's MK1 alternate outfit too
 
I think that if they give reptile his human form it should be exactly human looking. While ur fight it should lime lime a human but after ur victory whether by knock out or fatality when the camera zooms in it should show reptile obviously wearing a mask and its kinda torn n u can see his scales thru it bc its very tight!
