Release dates???

I know that the MK Arcade Kollection is scheduled to be released sometime late this summer....has anbody found any "confirmed release date" leaks as of yet? Just curious....:)
 
I guess that would make since. The pdp classic arcade stick is supposed to release on Sept. 30 too and it's is supposed to have a code to download the arcade collection. I would imagine they would be released at the same time even though I wish they both were coming out before that.
 
I already pre-ordered the game/stick and the release date they have in their system is 8/31. I hadnt heard of them pushing it back a month but I didnt really look for info either.
 
The games are coming out as one piece but I think its only going to be $15. So even if you want just one of the games, its worth it to buy it.
 
No release date yet, other than the summer 2011, which is very vague. I think a few weeks after we see the 4th DLC character (who will most likely be released in early-mid August(not confirmed, but my best guess)) we will then see the HD collection. So most likely the middle or end of August.
 
i preorder pdp stick @ gamestop was originaly supposed to be released 7/01/11 but has been pushed back to 8/31/11 which is what it still says now

HD collection? This set will be the original Arcade games. There are screenshots at MK's Facebook page, here.
 
I'd rather get MKT and MK4 as PS1 classics to downlaod from PSN. I mean MKT has Brutalities plus the one button codes.

I still have mkt.

I would rather them update it a tad just to improve load times and so shang tsung can morph into anyone without the loading. And add online.
 
So, I looked up the MK arcade kollection, and some sites are claiming Q3 2011 now, so that it will be released around the new fight stick.

I don't really see the point of this arcade kollection except for the online; I mean, it's not even upgraded to HD, so it's the same thing as my old genesis games, which I still have. It seems kind of pointless to me because it is just a port of the arcade games with MP. Idk, I think at least the devs could have upgraded it to HD. Otherwise, I can just go grab my genesis, lol. And hopefully the online is better than MK9; if it isn't, then a lot of people are going to be PO'ed.

So what if its not in HD? You're getting three of the best arcade fighting games ever for 10 bucks, online play AND the arcade versions are MUCH better than the genesis ones. The only thing the Genesis ones had over the arcade ones were better soundtrack. I think that's pretty damn good!
