Proof that Microsoft keeps tabs on you?

Well if Microsoft wants to spy on me then im about to do a lot of dirty kinky things in front of the Kinect like [This section of the message has been blocked due to the disturbing detail of it- TRMK Staff]
 
It wouldn't be surprising if the machine simply sent a log of the number of voice commands received by the console to microsoft so the company can keep a tally. I can assure you though, that there isn't somebody looking and listening to you via camera every moment your system is turned on. That people believe that is ridiculous. Company employees have better things to do than watch you play a game...

If microsoft really thinks footage of me on my couch eating and cursing is actually useful and worth while they can have at it.
 
Just assume everything that is connected to a larger service is keeping tabs on you. Look at Google or Facebook. Anything you type in gets sent out to advertisers.
