Looks realistic to me.
Happy they finally are going their own direction with Mileena.
Can't wait to see HQ pics. Hope she doesn't look like a new aged Harley Quinn, it's looking that way with the patterns.

Not sure how to feel at this point.
Looks extremely photoshopped but the hype makes me want to believe it.

It's fake. Anyone can clearly see the way they just slid the model into where Quan Chi was.
I knew it was fishy when the scene was Kitana in the desert.

It's definitely a fake. That piece of art above is the exact same picture.
That's why they made it so blurry.
So sad, I was excited as hell too. Mileena was my original favorite. I'd love for her to be leaked, lol.

Obviously it's fake. There is no reason for it to be this blurry. None. At all.

Took this post from a different forum:

Both images are edited from the Trailer.

First image is the scene of the behind shot of Kitana and Quan Chi holding the Moloch head. Except Quan Chi is edit out. Another give away is that the image is flipped horizontally. Which wouldn't make sense being how the arena is built, but since it's so blurred, you can't tell anyway.

Second image is at the part where Kitana says "I know of many". If you pause the video just right, you can see Kitana in the same position as the Mileena image. Their arms being visible in the same position. Of course Kitana edited to look like Mileena.

In all honesty, I hope it's a fake. From what little we can see, her outfit looks... boring. It looks like a sleeved top, a loincloth and thigh-high boots. And after having seen Kitana's new outfit, it is rather disappointing to get something so basic for Mileena.

If it is indeed real, I hope there will be something about the outfit that will surprise me positively.

In this day of age with the kind of technology we have, there is no reason for pictures to be blurry anymore unless you have Parkinsons.

You and so many on MKO (and most likely Testyourmight but I haven't checked that site yet).

Everyone's pissed. I'm just sitting here laughing at how good of a job whoever made this trolled the whole fan base of Mortal Kombat. It's an obvious fake just looking at the images because they're odd looking pics.

Wasn't that good. It only took us five minutes to figure out how it was shopped.

It's bad that you could even see Quan Chi's model literally way more than you can see the Mileena shop, and no one pointed it out until after we all ruled the shots out.

What tipped me off is that it looks like Mileena is wearing two different costumes.

The thing that finally made me say 'Wait...'
was the fact that they put her on both sides of the arena.
First image: Kitana vs Mileena
Second image: Mileena in kitana's spot.
Also I should point out that they gave Mileena Kitana's forehead indie decor.
 
Despite that this was a fake, since the topic is about Mileena, I'll shoot.

If she does make an appearance in this game, playable or not, I'd like to know if she's going to have no mask on. I would definitely appreciate the crap out of that if they decide to make her mask-less. She obviously has no mask in the comics, might in some parts, but I would truly appreciate it it if she has no mask this time.

There's no need for it really since we've had mask-less Kitana and Jade. No point in hiding her face anymore from people.
