Persona 4: Arena

I usually never play online either, but it's still fun to play with friends every once in awhile. Even though my PS3 is constantly on and it says I'm online, about 80% of the time, I'm not there lol.

But yeah, add me and lets play a few matches!

I noticed this yesterday and I don't know if anyone else has noticed it at all either, but at the main menu, you know how it's sometimes P4 characters like Chie, Yosuke, Teddy and Yukiko? And sometimes it's P3 with Aigis, Titsuru and Akihiko? Have any of you noticed that every once in awhile, Elizabeth will be floating in the sky when the P3 characters are on the main menu? I never noticed it till yesterday when I was fed up playing Score Attack and was about to turn off my PS3 and I saw her just floating in the night sky. I just started the game up a few minutes ago with the P3 cast being on the main menu and she's not there. So she's only there every once in awhile.

It's not even because of the plot. The way story is set up is boring as hell.

You read like an hour of text for a 3 minute fight. Aigis's is the worst. You're basically reading a book.
 
Looks like I wont be playing P4A or any other PS3 game for awhile because my controller just decided to stop working. Tried plugging it in to charge and nothing. It's just fvcking dead.

How perfect...
 
I'm not bothered the text in itself, but alas not everybody can tolerate reading a lot of text. It wasn't the length that bothered me so much as the story/writing left a lot to be desired. Blazblue also used a a visual novel setup, but there a lot more variety in its scenes and branching paths.

It sucks because half the cutscenes are them describing things with detail, when the screen fades and they write crap like "Yosuke looks at Chie concerned" and stuff like that.
 
I finally finished story mode with all the characters. Elizabeth was last character I finished story mode with. It might of just been a coincidence, but Elizabeth appeared on the upper-right corner of the main menu, not long after. I'm not sure if it provides any tangible benefits though.
 
Just played 20+ sum matches with Flawless. Had a blast. At first I thought his best character was Labyrs, but that last match with his Chie and my Aki definitely changed my opinion. My Aki vs your chie were my favorite matches.

I was using random select for the most part and it landed me with Yu 3 fvcking times in a row.

Now lets wait for Shira to get a used PS3 and P4A for Christmas so we can all play.

I'm pretty positive there's a complete edition of P4A that's on PSN for only $25 I think.

So yes, I think you should buy it so we can get a whole lobby going and have some fun.
