people preordered and still didnt get goro?

Just heard from a few people that they preordered and got just a standard mkx with no codes from gamestop. Can anyone confirm this. If this is true i will go to walmart or target to get the game because thats a dick move by gs and nrs.
 
When I preordered MK9 at GameStop, the Klassic Scorpion skin code was on my receipt.

Warning: Goro is OP as shit. I just beat my first klassic tower with him on medium, and I'm pretty sure I had no right to do so. I only lost one round, and it wasn't against Shinnok. :p

I'm talking vs. AI here ofc, not against good players, but he just has that type of moveset: spammable high damage stuff you can combo, combined with teleport stomp.

Seems ideal vs. tower mode AI. I steamed through it on my first go, and I am not a good player.
 
Hi, i bought the bundle digital version. Is still downloading, 24/35 GB so far. When i checked items to download in psn store, i missed to check the goro item. And when i came back, it was gone. Played couple of fights but i can't select goro or jason or any extra character. I screwed it up early on the ps store? Or is it normal and when i finish download the other 10 Gb i will get everything? Please help sorry about the bad english

It depends where you get the game from. If you get it from walmart, target and those stores he comes inside the case. If you get at gamestop they printout it out on the receipt which may actually be better since it gives more people chances to get him.

lol, nah, its all good... i was giving back some flak for when i mentioned the code would probably be on the receipt a month or so ago.

You were right. Im dissapointed in nrs. The price of the kombat pack and basically pressing for people who didnt preorder to buy goro for 5 dollars.
 
If anyone doesn't get Goro, just work with Gamestop support. I had a problem with a skin download from MK9 that appeared expired, and they sent a replacement code without a hitch.
