People are disappointed with Reptile's look?

I just hope he has another feet-model in his alternates... thats the main reason for my complaints (besides his clothes)
 
This thread is old. And Reptiles look is the best hes been in a whille. Why cant ppl accept that hes a REPTILE. He has his own personality and look compared to the bland Scorpion and SubZero every game. For those who want his human look, well there is the classic kostume availible off amazon.
 
i personally hate his look in the passed few games. i dont even think it was the teams idea to transform him into a lizard type of creature because of his name. I say that because we never saw scorpion turn into anything other than a REAL MOTHER ****ING BAD ASS!
 
reptile needs to be more badass. give him a v shaped vest and ill be happy. Ill give reptile's costume a 8/10. right now is a 7/10.

+1 for the feet. plus, despite the looks, I kinda dislike his sounds.. I noticed it in a gameplay video vs sonya, he sounds more like a dog rather than a reptile. I prefered the snake-like sounds they gave him in the movies or previous games. I hope he has a human form alternate besides his retro costume
 
Ill judge his look after the game is in my hands, Im not judging anything more about the game before it comes out. All the questions will be answered in the finished product
 
When I first saw him in MK4, I was devastated. That's when he looked the ugliest, in my opinion.

I was kind of hoping for his human form. Part of his charm for me was how mysterious he was and if you got to perform his fatalities, you're able to witness his Reptilian head! :O! But his new look is growing on me.
 
Reptile looks the best since he's been transformed into a lizard. You know what's funny? I always lol when people think scorpion is an actual scorpion. He's a spectre. And no, Sub-zero isn't really a zero calorie subway sandwich underneath his mask either.
 
If he had a green ninja outfit with that face it'd be fine for me, but he looks like he's wearing a womans shirt and he does sort of have a face like a turtle. I like human looking reptile best, as someone else has said it would be great to have the human look but have the skin break off as the fight goes on so you see the scales underneath, sort of like that old show "V" (old one was better than the new version lol) they were reptiles who wore human skin over them to hide what they really look like.
 
After playing MK9, Reptile's look has grown on me and it isn't so bad....I still love his old school ninja look WAY more than his new look but the new look is kinda cool....The only gripes I have with it are his birdlike mask and his feet....I wish they gave him shoes, like the above poster mentioned, and a less birdlike mask....I think if they didn't make his mask point us as far on his face, he might look less like a bird.
