It's a valve test app...I've seen plenty of those before. Steam is not taking pre-orders = nothing on Steam.
So in the past having that kind of info in the steam page means a game is getting released? i really hope this happens
Yeah me too. I wouldn't count on anything happening in the very near future though, I think we can only expect an announcement after the release of Injustice. So here's hoping for an early Summer release of MK9 PC.
What's interesting to me about the steam test app entry is it has all the achievements in it. That to me makes it seem more likely that it's real and not fake.
It would be really cool if the game can get a pc version ,I would give it try, seeing as how I have never played a fighting on pc lol.
Because fighters are not made for the pc....
Basically these days PC could be the best platform for gaming because of one thing: the number of options available to you. Compared to consoles there's a ridiculous amount of customization you can do with your gaming experience. You can use keyboard + mouse or any kind of controller you want (Xbox 360 and PS3 included), you can play on a monitor or on a TV and there are plenty of options you can fine tune in a game itself or use some great mods if you please. I played on consoles back in the day but after I've switched to a gaming PC I never looked back because of this, freedom is a great thing if you know what you're doing and how to do it.
The other thing I'd recommend owning a PC for is less complicated and more to the point: Starcraft 2.That game has a big negative thing though: after you've experienced it you'll realize that there's nothing similar or better on the market and you'll become sad. It's a feeling that's a bit like playing the Witcher 2 on PC: I can't help it but every game just looks ugly after that one, even the games that were shown for PS4 are meh compared to W2, it's just sad.
You sir, are an prime example of a PC elitist. Not everyone has the money to fork out a super powered gaming machine. Personally, I like the way graphics look. Heck, I go back and play my PS2 just because one of my favorite games of all time is on it. You can keep your expensive crap, I'm satisfied with console gaming.
But that's not the point. You completely missed the point of my statement. People don't buy a fighting game to sit in front of a computer screen by themselves. Fighters were made to be played with a joystick, not a mouse and keyboard. NRS knew most people would not play the game on PC, since the developing for a M&K would not bring in the profits they would need. If I played a fighter on the PC, I would get lost just looking at the keyboard even after remembering what button does what.
