It took a few days to get the reply email, then I sent my info in and it took like 2 more days. Just be patient but it should work.

The skin itself is awesome, wish they changed the character's voices for certain skins like they did with this one

The only thing is, his voice is too serious for the lines given. The character was clearly supposed to be more of the comic relief but whatever. It's by far his best costume.

Its a crime that they didn't include a "You Have Failed This City" line at all lol.

It definitely is his best costume imo, though I like his Insurgency one a lot too.
