I know this isn't really anything like what you suggested, but I couldn't find a sufficient picture of Shang shooting a fireball, and this idea popped in my head; I just had to do it. If you don't like it I'll try something else! The idea was to have Shang absorbing the soul out of your name :D

I just got done working really hard on one for myself and felt a need to show someone at least lol. I enjoy it rather much. I wish I had some pics of his alternate that looked as good. But I need to fix the effects on it. But it's good enough to me that I can update it tomorrow.

Get GIMP. It's a well maintained user defined free photoshop program. Basically they give you all the things photoshop has (and more if you look for some of the plugins) and they are more into the design of user interface. But best of all it's FREEEEEEE!!!!! I suggest it highly. I prefer it over Photoshop (But CS5 is pretty *****in' and the Dreamworks plugin is very useful for website desgin in photoshop)

Photoshop for the poor man. Also since it's open source there will always be mods and plugins being made ;D

And do Klassic Scorpion nd Klassic Reptile With Smoke The costume with hair and in they`re fighting stance

Yo could I get a sig with Kung Lao and Smoke that says tag team? and Underoath somewhere? if possible I'd like smokes klassic costume if you could find it, or his oufit with the full mask.
