I'm hoping she's more of an armed, stealthy, and speedy type of ninja (or whatever a "female ninja" is). I hope that she's the speediest character of all the girls. Skarlet should NOT have any type of blood projectiles, at all, that would be lame as hell, and that is one of the main reasons why I hate Nitara. I love the blood aspect in her story, but gameplay-wise, a blood projectile would not be a good idea... to say the least.

We gonna find out today, if, indeed, the gameplay video comes .... Ed Boon seems positive and cool about Skarlet, so, I gonna give a trusty credit for him.

Nonetheless, I like this new chick anyway, always wanted a female red ninja on this game.

yeah, no previsions about it, only know that Skarlet and the online fix patch will come, the rest, could be anything or nothing ....

Acid isn't either, but Reptile is still considered an elemental character by many. The term "elemental character" is used rather loosely to characterize any fighter that uses a lot of attacks that follow one style (fire, ice, acid, shadow etc).

i'm not really expecting much.
i don't really like her costume, as it kind of looks like someones "Kreate a Fighter"
and she is looking like a Nitara-Kira Hybrid to me too, which i'm not diggin
but then again, we haven't fully seen her so, i guess we can still be hopeful... though her supposed moves don't really support hope

I don't care about Rain losing moves, that's just lame. Really lame. It takes away from her character. I don't mind that she has an obsession with blood but giving her "Blood powers" is dull and tacky and completely up NRS' alley.

Meat already has a blood teleport and Nitara has blood spit. Both make sense, so leave it be. Giving her a blood ball will be bringing us back to Armageddon type laziness.

Elemental characters are characters that manage any natural element, is not limited to water, fire, earth and wind.

Raiden is an electric elemental, Reptile an acid elemental, Smoke and smoke elemental and Noob a shadow elemental, and none of that are part of the 4 elements.

Element = Any natural sustance

Yeah, but these characters are not in the game and is possible that they wont be so Skarlet or any other character as a "purely" blood elemental is an awesome idea to me. But im skeptical of her having blood powers, seems that blood is just the thing that composes her.

her gameplay is looking alot better than what i was expecting, but still...... that blood ball...no...
it would be better if she were to cut her hand and squirt blood in the opponents eye lol :)
