You really need to work on your editing and character design (including names, btw, I know what the uleuleule characters name is).
 
well with Kano the eye needs work, it looks to be missing, the green shirt is too wide on the bottom and doesnt line up with his pants and the color is out of place mate. keep at it
 
Ummm........yeah. You could do a little better; the sprites aren't bad, but I don't find it funny if that was your aim.
 
throw in some sais for mileena. whats up with the twirl. the round just started but cmon man mileena cant throw a sai that quick and whats up with the name on the life bars
 
Mileena? That is a Liu Kang edit on the right.

And you could let Mileena's sai's fly once the round started. You could do any projectile or special that required only one direction, repeated (or a held button) at the very start of the round. Example would be, playing as Scorpion, the anouncer says, "Round 1", while he says this, you begin hitting back and low punch repeatedly. Once the game allows you to move, you'll throw Scorpion's spear. For some reason the whole back, back, doesn't seem to matter in this instance. Same goes for holding buttons. You could do Jax's ground pound or Liu's Bicycle kick right off the bat by holding the appropriate button during the Vs screen then letting it go as soon as the round started.

I'd say something about the fake, but I feel Goro covered it quite well.
