New characters for the next game.

If we're going to have a vampire wannabe who paints herself pale white with black make-up / dead-looking, I'd rather have the real thing and either have a serious Blade type of vampire character in the game, or Blade as a guest character or Vlad The Impaler (aka Dracula) as a guest character.

Transylvanian vampire in appropriate century armor and weapons? I'm down for that.

Yup.
In all honesty, if they either did that or revamped Nitara without the ridiculous gargoyle wings and high-heels, that would already be a step in the right direction, IMO.

More Red Dragons would be nice since Kano's Black Dragon.

Kano: half-cyborg with butterfly knives
Kabal: hooksword master with respirator
Tremor: master of earth element

Since Mavado & Hsu Hao's deaths, Daegon is the last known Red Dragon and grandmaster. Any ideas? Cause I feel that the Red Dragon could use a fencer like Raphael from SC.

They could make Nitara great with wings. Just have them only appear at certain times like D'Vorah's wings. Maybe have them wrapped around her torso like a corset, then have them expand during key attacks to show her monstrous side

Mavado would have been a cool character had people not whine over the fact that he had hookswords. But, God forbid that another character uses something from another character. No one whined that badly about Li Mei using sais.

With Nitara... you want to make a badass vampire, I recommend people to go play the Soul Reaver series. That's how you make a vampire.

I want 4 new characters for MK11, at the very least.
We got 8 in MKX, and another 4 to 6 would be nice for MK11.
All the old timeline games had 42% or more of the roster being new characters with each sequel, so why not also with MK11?

Because I don't think it is needed. MK11's plot is likely going to be even more complex than MKX's. With more plot and diverse characters, having too many would result in the story mode being utter chaos. We were close to that in MKX. I don't want them to repeat the same mistake. I want all characters to get equal space for contribution. In MKX it felt like some characters were there just for the sake of it, others were held back because of not enough time, some got average screen time and some were overexposed at the rest's expense. I want every MK11 character to have a meaning and reason why he's there in the first place. If they add again a bunch (8+) of newbies, can you imagine them doing all of the characters justice? I can't. You want the new guys to shine, old new guys to shine, obsolete classics to shine, newer classics to shine, bad guys to shine and all of it to make sense. 4 brand new characters is plenty as long as they are unique and different from each other.

Or Bloodrayne!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Well. For MK11, or MKX2.
No more relatives characters.

A jester
A Ghost character
A Swordman (like that Guy from shadow of Mordor game)
A medusa (kind of) gal.
A new Sub boss, or just maybe a new Motaro guy.
A new Boss character

Then...
Some classic returns...(sub-scorpion, etc...)
A few post mk4 characters (reiko, fujin, havik) something like that
A character like Kobra but welldoned right now (i like the 2nd costume in deception, but the character gameplay sucks)
2 new "ninjas" white (light) and pink (roses and spikes).
A ? in the ladder with a secret fight...Maybe a rebooted version of chamaleon.
...return of Friendships.
TAG TEAM/3 VARIATIONS/Stage fatalities...yep.

Yeah, but in all fairness, that also happened in MKX because they also focused on old characters in the story like Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Quan Chi, Johnny Cage, Sonya, Kenshi and Jax in various parts of the story (because they had to).
Now that they have lots of those stories settled and out of the way, and we know how the kids came into being in the SF and their training, we don't need any of that explanation in MKX.
Sub-Zero and Scorpion (for example) settled their rivalry in MKX so now the story doesn't need to have as much (or any) focus on them in MK11.
They can still be playable without the story having much focus on them (see MKX Liu Kang, Kung Lao and Kitana).
If characters like Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Johnny, Sonya and Jax have more of an MKX Li Mei or MKX Tanya cameo role in MK11, that's 5 characters who's story can take a back seat for a bit so that 5 more new characters can get that chance to have their story told.

Does this female character have potential in MK?

Onaga NEEDS to return period. He was the most bad-ass boss in the series IMO. He truly is and looks like the natural leader of Outworld. They can re-invent him so he doesn't actually need to take Reptile's body.

About new characters: a netherrealm clown demon and a fighting geisha sound about right.

A clown demon? Cue Sweet Tooth! #twistedmetal
