Moves That Should Be Nerfed

what moves should be nerfed in your opinion ?

deathstroke aside , since the update i noticed some characters damage are lower than before

anyhow, the character i have a problem with the most is doomsday he has 2 moves that are almost impossible to dodge well for me anyways

1- doomsday the sheeva jump, i would not mind this move at all if he didnt hit you on his way up, u basically cannot hit him while he is going up or coming down, atleast sheeva you could hit her and when she goes up she cannot hit you i hope this will be nerfed

2- doomsday the stomping the ground move if he is near you, you are screwed the stomp move hits overhead first then hits a low hit you have to be super fast to be able to block this i actually was never able to block this move and if he does the enhance version of it he can continue a combo but i think ti doesnt hit overhead when its enhanced not sure,

so who do you have trouble with, what are your thoughts

Doomsday's sheeva jump is fine. It only tracks when you meter burn. I'm pretty sure you can block the first hit of it then avoid the second. Go into practice mode, set the CPU to record and do his move. Then test out ways to get around it.

Since I hardly ever fought against any players who use Doomsday very proficiently, I definitely to learn how to get around his unblockable crashing move.

Yep, just tested it. You can block his Earth Shake then simply dash to avoid the second hit. Even on the MB version you can still dash to avoid it but the timing is a little tricky. If you don't mind using meter to not get knocked down by it, try a MB B+3 jump in 3 combo. It can result in a really easy 30% 1 bar punish.

I always wonder if moves really need to be 'nerfed' or if the people requesting it are just mad they haven't figured out how to counter/avoid it.

Not a knock at anyone, just a thought that often comes to mind. Everyone is so fast to say THIS CHARACTER SHOULDN'T HAVE THIS MOVE, but, if you could do something about it, would you care about it being there? Probably not....just practice and see if you can figure out how to deal with it.

Grundy shouldn't have armor on non Ex grapples. Not to mention the fact that I'm pretty sure you can't grab him out of his bfH grapple.

ok complaints isnt due to lack of knowledge its just makes you feel that some characters have more advantage over others

thanks for the tip though B+3+ MB ill try that

another one i would say is killer frosts sub zero slide it is easy to avoid but she can combo right after it

sometimes ppl do complain about the slightest things true, i know how to avoid these moves, i just find that they have an unfair advantage thats all, for Example kung loas spin used to push back the other character and would be safe to block right after they nerfed it so that the other character can counter right after the spin

but i never had to deal with something like doomsday ground stomp attack where he hits overheard and low hit so fast very hard to block

<3 Thank u thank thank u

Superman ex ground heat vision - enhanced is an overhead, that's fine - I figure out a way for avoid it even though I must always use the tech since you can't really predict the overhead that pushes back *facepalms* I start block at crouch and on contact I stand block but I still get a block stun and a push back :( the regular is extreamly punishable but enhanced it just too safe if you ask me.

Early doors yet. I'm no expert but it's clear there is some ridiculous things in this game. Been playing Doomsday today and he's ridiculous to be fair, when your playing people who haven't got a clue.

Played some Nightwings who did have a clue and I got owned lol.

No nerfs for me.

I did a little research on this and apparently the meter burned verison is mid/long ranged while the regular verison only lands at short range.

It appears to have some form of tracking on it. I have never missed the EX/MB version.

If it does have tracking on it its a crazy move. Don't think it needs changing though, it's not like you can rely on it for the entirety of the match.

Raven's force grab is nuts. I just played a dude who stayed at full screen and just did it all day. I couldn't do anything. An instant, fullscreen projectile that also hits jumping opponents?

Maybe I'm not looking into it enough, but that shit was broken. Probably could have beaten it with Bane.
