Mortal Kombat XL available March 1st

Got my beta code finally I'll have a review of the new net code soon as I get a chance to put it through its paces
 
So, with Boon confirming that all 4 characters come out March 1st, it makes me kind of wonder if we'll even be able to buy them separately.

The way that it sounds after that Boon Tweet is that it's all 4 KP2 characters or nothing.
Dunno, at least that's the way I interpreted it.
If that does happen to be the case, then I'll just stick with The Pit.
I'm not buying 3 additional characters that I don't want, just for 1 character that I do want.
 
Really don't see how you could interpret it that way. They've never done that before, and nothing in that tweet points to them doing it now

All 4 KP2 DLC characters were never all available on the same day, though.
That's a 1st.
The DLC characters usually drop 1-by-1, with the release dates between each character being spread apart.
Releasing all 4 characters at the same time comes off more as it being sold as a pack.
Again, I may be reading into it wrong, but that's how it came off, imo.
 
I don't see the correlation between them being released on the same day, but not being available to purchase separately. You're reaching.
 
Someday I will save up enough money to buy the XL edition and I will buy me a phone one day to play the mobile version so I can get all of the mobile skins.
