I'm actually very happy that this is an exclusive for 360 players. I full-heartedly agree, and love, that the PS3 was favored for MK9 but I also feel 360 players should have gotten a 'little something' to even things up. This is a good start IMHO.

Well, I need to buy more M$ points, since I was holding onto only 1130 anyway, so now I can buy the Noble pack for Reach :D
 
The first Mortal Kombat downloadable warrior, Skarlet, will be available for download starting June 21st and will be followed by Kenshi, Rain, and an unannounced new entrant to the Mortal Kombat tournament! Each warrior will come with a full move set, a ladder arcade story ending and two fatalities.

This might mean that it is in fact a brand new character. I hope it is. It also doesn't say anything about alt costumes, hopefully they are in.

Okay so if i download the PASS i know it will discount kenshi, rain, ???, But what abiut skarlett will she also be 400ms points OR will she be free when you buy the pass.

The pass includes four characters: Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain, and ???

So, yes, Skarlet will be "free" if you buy the pass.
 
This sucks for me, I didnt see the season pass AT ALL when I saw scarlet. I thought I saw online pass, which is the whole being able to play online stuff. So I payed 400MS instead of a full 1200...There goes my saving $5 :-/

Its really a shame I cant get that undone by Microsoft for an honest mistake.

This is a marketing scheme. They are offering you a "deal" to basically pre-pay for dlc that won't be out for months.. by which time you may have lost interest in this game. But by paying now you are guaranteeing them your money.. even if you don't care about this game by then. Genious.

im glad i got this guys when it means four characters for the price of three, each character is 400 points ($4.99 for ps3) right? whats 400x3? 1200. and thats how much the season pass costs right? so its like pre ordering all of them. skarlet, kenshi, rain and ??? are all on hold so when they come out you get them for free. along with classic costumes.

Actually, based on the info in the SP ad (Kenshi and Rain released in July and Mystery Fighter in August), my guess is they'll all be released every other week. So unless you plan on losing interest in MK in the next couple weeks (even though two months in you haven't yet), I don't think that's the case.
