Mortal Kombat Live Stream Discussion

Can someone give me a real quick refresher on when and why Raiden became "Dark". He stayed dark all the way till Armageddon?
 
The actually video starts at around 22:26 minutes but it is showing the Story Mode but I don't know if I want to watch it, I saw a couple of clips that where 2 seconds and they looked amazing but I had to turn away.

Raiden killed himself in the intro of Deception, and when he was ressurected, he was corrupted by his suicide and thus became Dark Raiden.

That sounds so stupid, Raiden committed a sin when killing him self and should know better than to kill him self; apparently he became such a little ***** boy he didn't want to participate in the protection of Earth realm and the humans that inhabit it. I really hope someone can show how I'm wrong on this one, because I don't like the idea of Raiden being a little *****.

Not meaning to offend but did you even play Deception? Or Armageddon for that matter?

He killed himself bekause was trying to kill Onaga back in MKD. Him, Shang Tsung, and Quan Chi were. He kan't participate because he isn't human and he let Liu Kang win. Little *****es don't kill themselves to save the realms. Believe me after he was dark he wasn't a little *****. Tha dude wanted to kill anyone that wanted to harm or had the thought of harming earthrealm, even if they were human. Little *****es don't do that. He turned Liu Kang into a zombie so Liu Kang's body kan kill humans for some dumb reason. Raiden isn't a little *****. He is just doing what he has to do and thats to protect earth.

EDIT: I forgot the part where he made a deal with Shao Kahn in MKA. The deal was if Shao Kahn won the prize he kould take over all the realms exept of Earthrealm. Little *****es don't make deals like that.
 
Stryker and Sindel's X-rays are freaken awesome! Reptiles alt is amazin, I hear the story mode looks good but I only skipped to a part of the video and didn't watch the rest. Lookds amazing though.
 
I caught a little of the stuff, and I gotta say the Tower looks awesome and Baraka looks Marshawn Lynchian-Beast Mode. Cannot wait to use him, his moves are awesome and that Fatality is fantastic.

I dont know, it depends on what his role in the story is... Dont spoil it people, I barely read the script and I dont wanna read the whole thing!

No...I really wasn't gaming at the time and they kind of look like bad MK games and from what I hear they weren't that good.
