Doesn't look anything like duck face to me. I see no pursed lips or anything like that. Even after it was said. I'm guessing the corners of the mouth could be rounded more to avoid that though. Either way it still doesn't look like pursed kissing lips to me.

The statue looks great the way it is, at the distance it will be seen those details won't be noticible and other things is that NOBODY IN THIS WORLD will be playing attention TO THAT OR ANY STATUE during a match... You will have many other problems to take care of!!
 
Yeah, that is expected.
I've already done matching to the statues before, and it will probably be required each time a new one is added.

I'd hate to see you guys shut down for good from even making art just because sites like DSO Gaming are overeager at reporting every single "PC gaming or indie project on PC" related item they can get their hands on.

that kind of ''LITTLE PROMOTION'' is what made WB noticed what we're doing here and they call bleed to ask him to stop... so I don't think is really healthly
 
The images are hosted in imgur, probably the same link from the images posted here, if you guys have a way to delete it, it would delete the images from the site too...
 
So we now have a 3D printer and Ive been printing a few things lately.

So I was wondering, does anyone have some Mortal Kombat 3D
models that I could print?

I'd be happy to print up anything at all. Just understand that this is a low end printer with a 4"x4"x4" print area.
Objects can be printed in pieces and assembled. The models need to be .stl file format.
 
I've been following this project since almost the beginning, and I'm breaking my lurkers silence (after seeing Tom's post) to say I too would be very interested in getting some 3D prints of the 3D models created here, if the authors will allow. Specifically I'd like 3D prints of all the character heads in order to make 6" scale or 7" scale custom action figures, accurate to the original trilogy actors. For those of us not lucky enough to own a 3D printer, Shapeways.com provides an excellent service, although pretty pricey. Hence why I'm only suggesting printing the heads.

I don't want to send this thread off-topic but if anyone else is interested in helping realize this idea please message me
