Mortal Kombat HD Remix with MUGEN

sometimes I think that just bleed's work is seen here, I'm not feeling jealous or anything, cause bleed is the GRAND MASTER OR MORTAL KOMBAT HD REMIX and he deserves all the attention he got, but saying that they haven't seen any post in years is kind of offensive.

@cal, I'm working on liu's jumping animation, maybe today I can post the first shot

You can only swap meshes from the same pack files not from others which is useless...
There is no known way as of yet, that allows you to import your custom character models and replace them with the current character models.
From what I've talked to a guy, he has been able to do it in injustice and he might look at how this translates to the pc version of mk9 and he will also make it possible there.

thanks
wait for recent good news. if it did for injustice so it must be performed for mk9 too.
is any site(weblog,forums,..) to see his work on injustice ?
I'm impatiently waiting for the day that some guys like us are working on project MK 1 (Unreal Engine 3) and MK2 and MK3 too with the characters like built in this project (very Close to the original).

I don't have internet at home, and I'm finishing my first book (over 2.5 years of hard work) that's why I haven't been so active in the latest months (as a supportive fan), yet, each time I check internet I read and see everything that is posted in here because I love what the team is doing.

Right now I'm on vacations, so I'm checking the progress several times a day (MK1HD is kompletely addiktive!!!)

We laughed well today about your sudden talents. I'm sorry about my behavior, your post really made day.
Seriously you're talking about things which doesn't belong to topic.

I think the reason people focus more on Bleed's work is because, he was the first one to start the characters and gave us Scorpion/Sub-Zero. There isn't anything wrong with Liu Kang. Actually, I think he looks good. The haven't seen a post in years comment, is probably referring to the fact that the MK1HD topic has turned into Baraka and Bleed's job portfolio.

I don't know if you can do this or not, but if you made animations quicker, people would have something more to look at. I realize you're working on some basic animations first, but animations like crouch and jump and simple things like that, aren't as exciting to most people like a kick or punch or a special move. Those are just my theories.

I don't think I can get any closer, this was using the video reference and overlaying it with the model. Thanks for the help, but that's enough, I'm spending too much time on his face.

believe me man, I really wanna make those animations aswell but I'm trying to have an organization chart with liu's animations, and that chart first needs movements and than actions, if I put those animations on mugen I won't be doing nothing if I can't move from the same position, and maybe crouch or jump are not as exciting as punch or kick but sure they are as necesary as the others, and maybe since my work is not so seen here but I'm doing a everything I can to get one animation per week, I would like to do it faster but I'm an architect, I'm a husband and I'm a father... believe me I would like to make things faster but if you wanna go faster.. go slow.

That looks awesome.
I really like the dent in his temples (had tried not to get into that, but it's great now), and the creases in his cheeks.
I only think his eyes should be a bit closer together, but I can't be sure without matching the perspective.
Incredible work, Bleed.

In my opinion you've nailed it. the smiling grin is just perfect now and the eyebrow ridge is demonic looking! BEAUTIFUL work as always Bleed.

LOL, Arq imagine how I feel about it. I've done just about everything outside of character creation but all people see is the cool work that Bleed does. It's all good though, since I'm just happy to be a part of this whole thing.

But since you really don't get enough credit, I'd like to personally thank you for all of your hard work. It is noticed and very much appreciated.
I almost can't believe how far you come with modeling and animation since you first joined the project.

Arq, you are doing some great work and it's very much appreciated.

I wouldn't let the comments get you down, Instead use them as motivation for self improvement.

It's not good to have people telling you how great your work is all the time. You need the negative feed back to know where to go, what you need to work on. That's why I never turn down critique or feel hurt about it, I love it because it's so useful.
