Finally good comments, thanks for appreciate!! Tomorrow I'll try to fix the lighting cal, and yes I have a light coming from the top so that's why I have shows under his nose, I will turn of cast shadows hope it make him look better
@interloko sorry but I can't post a fighting stance yet cause I wanna finish the model and than I will rigg it, but I hope this week I can post that fighting stance.

hello, I fixed the lighting because of the strange shadow coming from the top of his head, also move a little bit the hair and lowered the displacement on the skin... hope he looks better.... definitely he looks younger

Arq, much much much better. I'm sorry for all the crits, I know how frustrating it can be to take two steps forwards and one step back.
That being said, I think Lui's eyes can be more realistic.
See this realistic eye modeling tutorial. Also I would check that iris in the middle isn't too big. It might not be but just double check that.

Also the pants are straight black. They could use texture. Make worn areas of the clothing very slightly gray instead of straight black. Paint (very slightly at a barely noticeable value just lighter than black the cloth folds and make a specular map to really highlight the folds to add depth.
Speaking of animations, Kano should be ready to be animated, right? He looked done to me.
Cage animations won't be for a while, I'm still working on the textures.
This is somewhat off topic but if anyone saw the PS4 reveal last night, wow! The David Cage demo with realistic SSS needs to be applied to the next Mortal Kombat game. I would love for them to scan actors in suits but this time in 3D. Because with skin realistically rendered in 3D like in that demonstration, I can't even imagine.
