It's looking much better, but stiff.
You'll need to play with the curves more, the motions are missing a sense of weight and fluidity.
Can you see what I'm saying, I know it's hard to notice some times.
Track the motion of his upper left hand for example, and notice how it moves almost straight from point A to point B.
You need to bend the animation curves to make that hand go in more of an ellipse. Maybe you need to get the upper arm moving right first, then his forearm, then his hand. Don't have too many key frames either, like 4 is good for a circle.
Think about the weight also, you know the bouncing ball exercise. A ball on the end of a string swinging back and forth. Whip motion, where the next part in a link will move a little later.
