No. It's the equivalent of a 3D version of MUGEN.

Would be interesting to see the 3D models using that to make a 2.5D version of MK:HDR. Keep everything the same, just that you will be able to see just how amazing the models are seeing as it's not just sprites. And really if the assets are all there and someone knows how to program for it, it would probably be easier than using MUGEN.
