Mortal Kombat HD Remix with MUGEN

Sorry if I insist again but here is a version with color correction and a bit of sharp.

sonya.png

can you check again the colors? also the light from behind is missing. about the form I think is OK.

I did a mix of colors including green olive as pictured. images.jpg
I'll give it another try with colors.

Here's some small touches I made.
The most prominent is the body being more leaned forward from the waist up.
It's one of those small changes that make the "attitude" of the stance.
Then I shortened the hair on the back of the head and flattened the hair over her forehead.
I also made the hair less thick so that the headband is more visible.
Finally, I also flattened her chest a bit and made the cleavage a bit deeper.

Posture ok, I'll adjust.
The hair, I can adjust the size etc. ..

Alright, so i also took the liberty to make some corrections on Sonya. Lighting, Her right hand, her eyes and a couple of other tweaks here and there. If this can be done in the actual render i think it would look even better.

Pretty much photoshop. But the 3D model is not so simple due to some points.
1 hair. Particle hair system is more complicated.
2 light. Illuminations depend on several important factors.
Type of light, placement, intensity, and others. That will leave differences between the two versions.
Example: the shadows that you added in your version can not
Appear the same on my 3D model.
to summarize, I can make some adjustments, but I can not guarantee that will be the same as model photoshop.

Understood Cris. Thanks so much for all your hard work on this.

Yes it is.

The hair was just some freedom i took. Not exactly expecting the model to be like that.

The things i think are possible are her eyes and right hand.

And i think the shading is possible, since 3D lighting is supposed to replicate how real light in the real world would reflect bounce and make shadows. But i know nothing about modeling, so, maybe i'm wrong. =P

I did this some time ago, so I do not get bored.
Are two pages of mortal kombat comic collector's edition, illustrated by John Tobias.
I was doing a version in motion comics.
But is that WB also owns the comic J. Tobias?
Anyway, I'm posting these two pages for you to see in animation.
Detail: These two pages are not fully edited.
For this reason they do not have:
1 - Music / sound effects.
2 - dubbing / voiceover.
3 - Balloons subtitles.

They contain only animation and transition effects between scenes and an extra scene I added on page one, but it is not definitive.

As the #1 fan of JT's MK1 comic book, thank you so much for animating this. I'm amazed how much animation you were able to squeeze out of these static images. Very very nice!

Does this motion comic have anything to do with the project?

I made this motion MK comics just for fun.

will it be like bonus material?

Hmm .. The idea until it is good, but I need the approval of everyone involved in this project.
And so MKMC become a bonus material with best quality I need help.
1 - someone who can do the "Music / SFX"
2 - I think the hardest part is finding people who contribute to the voice doing the dubbing.
But nothing is impossible.
I could work at Sonya and MKMC smoothly, but Sonya is my priority.
So ... that's the basics.
I await news, see you soon.

if it indeed ends up becoming bonus material for the project then I'll gladly lend my voice to it.
