Everytime I see a video that resembles gameplay...i pee my pants a little. It looks incredible. Any MK fan's dream.Liu Kang sprites test.
some of the sprites were cut from the animation for fit the arcade timing, and some were re sized to 90%, they looked too big
I'm still baffled by how you have animated characters in the select screen on mugen.
Was it in original, that Liu's feet (his right feet) moves from one place to another? Also, think, Rayden's statue needs some color correction. Scorpion's picture in original has the pupils of eyes.

And the lights in Cage glasses looks much different.
The animations has more sprites than the original arcade but matchs the timing of the animations. For example the landing after jump are just 2 sprites with 3 frames the first one and 4 the second, I've added 7 sprites with 1 frame each to match the 3+4 from arcade animationare the adding the same amount of sprites to his jumping and ducking animation as the original had?

I think you may have proved my point. Don't take this the wrong way, but with the exception of the noticeable brightness/contrast issue with the Raiden statue, does anything else you listed really matter to you? I mean do you REALLY mind the reflection in Cage's glasses being different? Also, Scorpion's eyes on the MK2 select screen are all white, so it's not as if it's out of place.

I made the image by making Cage's height match feet to head, so it should not be affected by changes in the floor level.Uker, If the floor is set a little higher in one stage, the jump will change to match. Maybe you are right, but I'd check on the same stage to make sure.
The floor level might change to match the background sprites on different stages.
