I love MK4 i dont see why most of you hated it i personally loved it as 1 of the best MK games released in the Arcades and i would love to see if maybe NRS can pull of of Adding a perfect and i mean perfect Arcade version of MK 4 Revision 3 included with this Arcade classic MK release. I mean MK4 was released out in the arcades so why cant it be included in this release and for those of you that didnt like i have a simple solution for you, Dont play it.

I hated it because they took the game in an entirely different direction. The 3D aspect was a small part of it, but I HATED the addition of weapons. I like that they were wanting to try new ideas, but that idea sucked. I also didn't like how they changed a lot of the characters or that they essentially replaced old characters with new ones. Tanya was a fusion of Mileena and Jade, but neither of them were in MK4. Reiko was a clone of Ermac, but Ermac wasn't in it, either. Then they mutilated Reptile's moveset and he's one of my favorites in UMK3. I also thought the characters looked like crap, and that sucked considering how good MK looked up until that point.

MKT is a broken piece of shit. If they fixed the problems in it, it could be fantastic, but I think their intent with this is to provide some nostalgia and make a quick buck with as little work as possible.

I also think an entirely new, sprite-based MK is far more likely. I would love to see a new MK like this in HD.
