Mortal Kombat 11 General Discussion Media Thread

So, new trailer revealed. Liu Kang, Kung Lao and Jax officially konfirmed, and a brief glimpse of old Kitana. Very nice.

I HATED jax visual in this game, he looks small, and has a goofy face...
 
Jax looks great, I hope we get a skin with his real arms instead of the cybernetic ones too. Liu and Kung Lao both look great and I love that the Dragon fatality is back.
 
Man Jax is a real looker in this game.

Also, does anyone remember where that one leak went? The one where future Jax is a bad guy? I wouldn't have to be searching for it if I didn't shrug it off as most likely fake.

It got a few things wrong, but others are just uncanny
 
The Noob thing is correct and it sadly seems that older Jax is working under Kronika. I really hope the D'Vorah killing Hanzo is wrong and I really hope Cassie and Jacqui are survivors like Kitana if Kronika succeeds in her armageddon
 
The leaks for this game are pretty weird aside from the steamdb one of course. As some of the more notable ones get stuff right and wrong. Either NRS changes stuff up or these people are really good at guessing.
 
The Noob thing isn't right tho, as the shadow is not always out. I'm gonna got out on a limb and say while the leak does get some things right, there's still too much suspect stuff and factually inaccurate things in it for me to really believe it.

The things that they got right aren't really things you'd just guess though.
Evil Jax and Black Dragon cyborgs are pretty random. For all we know, Noob might have an ability where his Shadow is always out.

I stand corrected. I didn't see any video footage, on my twitter and youtube feed, so I thought it was another joke. Recently people started making jokes with Avengers: End Game trailer by spoiling fake stuff.

As for Jax working with Kronika. Dumb idea, but I can see NRS doing it.

I don't think the reasoning will be that he "doesn't want to die", as he already overcame that fear in MKX by soloing Quan Chi's fortress. (Though wouldn't be surprised if they repeated that thing AGAIN)

It would be more reasonable to believe that he agreed to work with Kronika, as he was promised that if she gets to reset the time, his dark future won't ever happen (losing arms, dying, family in danger). Basically his family will be happy or something. BUT STILL wouldn't make sense. As he selfishly wants to change fate for everyone else. Even his daughter.

I thought he is supposed to be an overprotective father. But eh... "consistency"

D'Vorah killing Hanzo is tantamount to D'Vorah killing Mortal Kombat in its entirety.
