MKX DLC - Is it enough? (DLC/Costume Spoilers)

I'm really hoping we get the MK3: Ultimate's version of Smoke at some point. I'd definitely DLC that up. The older cyborg designs looked so much better than the modernized ones, and I loved his moves\comboes.

Separate company I know but EA announced at there last earnings call they made 1 BILLION dollars on DLC last year.

I wasnt a huge DLC guy in the RE 5 timeframe but Ive come around it and its hear to stay.

For every DLC sale they will see used games sales at GameStop.

FWIW I think the biggest cash grabs would be to kill off Kitana or Sub Zero and then make them paid DLC. Im not saying they couldnt or shouldnt but those fan bases would fork over 10 bucks in a second IMO.
 
Bull, I doubt they know even how many DLC they want, let alone which ones. Maybe they are considering them, sure.
 
I really like Ermac's alt. from the Shaolin video, with his face wrapped up in black. He looks like a mummy.
 
What's the feeling on the stuff in the Kombat Pack? Will the skins come with the characters in their respective themed packs (Horror, Predator / Prey, etc.) or will they probably be available separately? For example, if the Horror skins look good then I may pick those up, but I probably won't want to buy Jason, so if I can buy them separately then that's cool, but if they're in a pack with the character then I probably won't bother.
 
I don't think Li Mei will make it in. Reiko or Noob Saibot will be better (easier to do) choices.
Liu Kang already have her Bicycle Punches and outside of them she really have nothing to offer.
 
I'm thinking for sure we will get another kombat pack. Major reason for this is the spawn teasing. I don't think there'd be a reason to post things involving spawn if he didn't have a chance to be in the game. And also, I really am tired of rain not really getting his chance and annoyed at the distinct lack of robots in this game. Seriously, we have no ketchup or mustard and cyborg smoke doesn't exist. Why you no give us awesome robot NRS? Predator and takeda are cheap imitations
 
I'm very bored about Ermac outfits. They're almost the same thing from MK9 (both of them). They should have worked him much more.

close lol, They are doing movie and samurai costumes though they still pretain to the violent action genre. Unless they start doing comical costumes or swimsuit/casual I dont think we will see that happen. Not to mention Ayane and Kasumi have 90% of every costume from 1-4 in 5 plus like 20 more. I can see doing a big classic pack kinda like 9 but for everyone. I just don't know if NRS has the time to make them or if they want to.
 
I don't know if it's been mentioned in this thread already, but will the DLCs get alts? I've read before that they likely won't, which would be bullshit especially when it comes to the Predator.

We don't know for sure yet. It's been hinted that they won't, but they're getting unique intros and -ities, so I hope we get skins.
 
Li Mei? Really? Out of all the possible candidates that many really want to see return, Li Mei is the best rumored DLC character? Really?

I sorta like Li Mei, but she is definitely not a character I would completely expect to see a potential character for DLC.
