MKX DLC - Is it enough? (DLC/Costume Spoilers)

Now that they already revealed the whole Kombat Pack i've already decided i'm not going to buy it. The only character from there that i'd like to play is Tanya, but i can wait for the Komplete Edition get released.

And i'm sure there will be another DLC kharacter (at least 1, maybe 2). And one is Fujin. Then i'm going to be tempted to buy it when it gets released!

You can just buy Tanya separately if all you're interested in is her. No need to wait a whole year to play as her just to save $5.

I know I'm not getting the Kombat Pack either, since Jason and the klassic skin packs don't really interest me (I might change my mind when I see the costumes, but I can't see them making those old spandex gym clothes look any good, nor Quan Chi's stupid Yin-Yang outfit).

13... Yea that's scary. No way in hell we only will have that many. Unless they're gonna do that crap where some arenas have another area or look. Like the destroyed city... That'll suck.
 
Injustice had 6, now I know that doesn't mean anything but if the character sells from 9 and IJ say anything is people will buy. MK has enough characters and a lot of fans who will buy everything or who will buy a character they like. I don't see them leaving a money making option open.

Don't get me wrong that's still more arenas than a lot of other fighting games give us, just compared to MK9's arena list where we had over 20 it makes 13 seem a little slim.

Yeah we had 23 in MK9 (excluding the training dojo and variants of existing stages) and it would be extremely disappointing if we dont get at least 20.

The Kombat Pack is so overpriced imo, near equal with the full game. :\ Ok it contains 4 chars but... I think that's too much for them.

you get four characters, nine unique skins, six classic skins and you get the chance to buy characters alone or a skin pack alone (x5 skin packs). not a bad deal considering you can buy exactly the stuff you want and that the majority of those skins are actually unique and not classics again. as for the classics it seems like they're trying to redeem themselves for doing ninja only classic skin packs in MK9
 
If these sell, I'm sure they will. Here's 4 I wouldn't mind being DLC in the future (some of it is just for fun, because I don't think any of them will be in):

Beast pack: Baraka
Skins: Tarkatan Mileena (small blades in her arms and full Tarkatan mouth), Kobra Reptile & alternate Torr costume

Undead pack: Havik
Skins: skeleton Scorpion, revenant / evil Raiden & spirit Kung Jin

God pack: Fujin
Skins: alternate fire god Liu Kang, elder god Shinnok & blood demon Kotal Kahn

Fun pack: Bo Rai Cho
Skins: golden monkey alternate for himself (Jackie chan movie), slap shtick Johnny Cage and Clint Eastwood skin for Erron Black
 
With all the hate Tremor and most of all Tanya getting on youtube and facebook by non-real mk fans that rather play/watch soccer all day long and only play MK games to play with the old ninja's (minus ermac and rain) i'm sure Havik, Reiko and other such characters never get a chance in hell again.

All they do on youtube is hating on tanya and females in general and saying they spoil spots for Spawn and other guest characters.
Some of them don't even know who Tanya is.

I hate second rang fans that only care for Scorpion, Sub-Zero, NOob and Smoke.

A second DLC pack seems very likely to me. NRS seems to have far more experience with DLC thanks to MK9 (4 DLC characters) & Injustice (6 DLC characters).

Here are the reasons I think there will be a second DLC pack:

- Hints at Spawn being a character.
- Roster only being at 29, while MK9 had 32 and Injustice 30. Boon also said that the roster would be closer to MK 9.
- Was stated that the character skins number would be between MK9 60+ skins and Injustice 90+ skins. We are nowhere close to that.
- Similarly to Injustice, where Martian Manhunter was the most requested character, it seems like they're holding on to Fujin (and a few other popular characters) for the second DLC pack.
 
My hopes for next pack: Reiko, Havik, Rain and Sektor. I care a bit for Fujin too, but Kung Lao and Kitana kinda spoiled him for me personally, too much wind is gonna stink.

But probably: Spawn, Smoke, Noob and Cyrax.
